Front desk is really rude , wasted my time changing drs , dr isn’t accepting new patients

Front Desk is extremely Rude. Medical field is suppose to make you feel Cared for not this Place. Same your time and go somewhere else

Dr. Pickett is a wonderful doctor, but the business practices of the office make her inaccessible. My experience with the office includes: 1. needed to make appointments 3+ months in advance for in-person and being told tele-medicine visits were not available for over 1 month out. 2. waiting for over an hour in the patient room after intake for Dr. Pickett to come in 3. waiting on hold on the phone for over 15 minutes 4. waiting for over 20 minutes to be checked in at the front desk 5. being rudely scolded by staff for being late to an appointment, and ultimately 6. being turned away from an appointment for being 15 minutes late If you can guarantee you can get your kid out the door 1 hour before your appointment; your child will never need same-week care (including tele-medicine visits); and can budget 3+ hours for each in-person doctor's appointment; Dr. Pickett may be the best doctor for you. If you have a life that includes a job or caring for a child, I'd recommend you pass.

If you can guarantee you can get your kid out the door 1 hour before every appointment; your child will never need same-week care (including tele-medicine visits); and can budget 3+ hours for each in-person doctor's appointment; Dr. Pickett may be the best doctor for you. If you have a life that includes a job, accommodating a school schedule, or providing care for your child during a 3 - 4 hour period that cannot be done in a doctor's waiting room, I'd suggest another doctor as Dr. Pickett's practice will likely be too taxing for you to maintain these other responsibilities to receive her care.

My grandchildren have been seeing Dr. Pickett for 6 years. From day one, Dr. P is thorough and attentive. Dr. P is an excellent doctor. She truly cares about her patients. Dr. P is amazing. Not many doctors like her these days.

Dr. Pickett is amazing. I'm so happy to have found her. She listens thoroughly and is very knowledgeable. She sees both of my children & she is fabulous with both.

I love the attention and time she dedicates to her patients. Both of my children (13 years age difference) go to her and our experiences with her and her group are always positive.

Dr. Pickett is a fabulous pediatrician and my daughters just love her. She really listens to all concerns and answers each question thoroughly. The location is further away than others, but it is completely worth it to us. Dr. Pickett is not pushy as some other pediatricians have been. Her office is always super clean, we have never waited more than 5-10 minutes, and the nurses working with her are always wonderful as well.
