At first she was willing to help me with anything to get through this emotional and mental state I've been through, then after visiting with her for several months we determined the best thing for me would be to get out of the house especially since I recently lost my dog. I then ask for a letter of recommendation so I can get an ESA certified dog at my expense of course so it can help me emotionally. I also explained that I was gonna volunteer to take the dog to hospitals and nursing homes to visit and cheer them up, but robin told me no. In fact she told me to get a job! Now, I've been outta work due to a back injury and an in no condition to go back to work and so I felt insulted. Why wouldn't a counselor wanna help me help others knowing this will help with my recovery, a useless narrow minded LICSW and that is who robin is. If you wanna deal with a counselor who basically tells you what you should or shouldn't do with no remorse or filter..then robin is for you. Compassionate people looking for help who wanna get better with the help of an open minded selfless counselor should seek services elsewhere. Hope this helps! I went to Robin for a number of years after a divorce. I was in terrible shape...depressed and I had post traumatic stress. Never in my life had I experienced such pain and grief! She listened, never judged me and helped me get on my feet. Her kindness and expertise took me on a valuable journey of discovery for which I am forever grateful!

She was first willing to help me with my mental health and said that she would do anything that she could to help me at first considering I have been outta work and unable to return. So I got depressed. we agreed that getting out of the house more would help me emotionally. I came up with the idea to get a new dog and planned on getting the dog ESA certified so I can selflessly help others by visiting with others but needed a letter of recommendationand she said no, get a job!

This provider is a flat out LIAR!!! I have spoken with her several times, sent several emails and left several messages with her office staff!! She is totally clueless!!! I don't think she has any idea as to who she is talking with!! I actually got a letter that she's concerned about me not having a therapist. I had appointment, partner has better insurance. Robin took partner before my appointment because she can't make more money from insurance. She can't even remember talking on phone!!
