I do recommend Dr. Mayhorn to those with cardiac issues, none better. Competent, knowledgable and listens to concerns respectfully. Definitely patient oriented

Terrible experience. Insincere responses, preoccupied and sullen. He minimised my symptoms and delayed referral to the right specialists. He can never hold a job more than two or three years, a fact I should have researched before seeing him. Lots of red flags. Avoid like the plague if you value your health.

Dr Mayhorn and staff have always been kind, caring, professional and upbeat. Dr Mayhorn and nursing staff ALWAYS take the time to listen to my concerns, address my overall health and fitness as well as the specific heart related concerns. They are always quick to respond to prescription requests, appointments, etc. Have never had anything except kind, caring, knowledgable and compassionate care or dealings with them. Two thumbs way up :-)

Dr. Mayhorn was my Cardiologist after my heart attack in 3012. He was at the time at Maine General in Waterville, me. He eventually moved to the Portland area. I now live in Florida but Dr. Mayhorn is the best. I love and miss him. He cares and gives that extra mile to care for you. I have still not found another cardiologist that cares for me like he did. I'm sure I never will. He is the very best. I miss you Dr. Mayhorn.

Such a great doctor! So personable and easy to talk to. I was so impressed with how he worked with my mother!
