Friendly happy women are staffed throughout and Dr Willey himself has much warmth. Unfortunately, they're selling pseudoscience in a white coat. Various sales techniques bring you into different rooms leading to a dubious amount of contracts to sign that are pretty much just waivers. You're helpfully reminded of accessories available for purchase. Some rooms had very low wingback armchairs, others had old dentist chairs that felt like a second-hand acquisition. Used as bench and for show. Also appearing to be older: the motored dremlels work but don't seem particularly state of the art. The craftsmanship of customizing the appliance was always crude and rough on the tongue. Success is reliant on patient's own report. Visits focused mainly on the appliance and tweaking it to be flush. Incredibly non-invasive seeing as there's no inspection of my actual mouth anyway. Also? It's cute how much effort was made for "The Lab" to sound like it's NOT just Pam turning on a fabricator.

I was just recently referred to Dr Willey from my ENT. I could not be any more amazed at how quickly they worked to get me in during the holiday season and how friendly and welcoming every single employee is. I just finished week one of treatment and I'm blown away at the difference it has made in such a short time! I'm so glad that I was lead to him and his staff.
