Dr bailey gave me the run around, useless as a pain management dr, multiple back pain blocks like 5 procedures without any help. he was finally to the stage of doing a better procedure but after all the lying to me about how he's going to help he did nothing but charge a bunch of money, waste of time and money. he also decided last minute to have me do physical therapy knowing I had done it already and that was why I was seeking his help.

Excellent doctor! Excellent staff! Excellent care! Hands down the BEST place for pain management care!

Very knowledgeable and is a very kind person. He listens and explains what is going on and how he is going to help fix the problem.

This would be 5 stars if I was rating Dr. Bailey and 0 stars if I were rating his receptionist. Calls go unanswered and messages go unreturned. When you do get her on the phone, she doesn't take messages or note in patient charts that they called. She is either overwhelmed and should ask for more help, or incompetent and should be replaced. A procedure was done incorrectly. He gave me a choice of who to be referred to with misinformation then refused to refer me to one of the other choices. His staff has poor communication skills. His receptionist is rude.

Dr Bailey has done 3 different procedures on me over the last year, all went very well! He explains everything in detail and answers every concern! His staff is also so wonderful at his office and at surgery center!
