terrible seems tired everytime I visited his business. The office staff are cranky and unhelpful on the phone. you are better off going to a walk in than using this business.

Giving this place 1 star is really being overly generous. I wish I could give this place a -10stars! HORRIBLE STAFF! His secretarys never answer the phones, it is nearly impossible to make an appointment here. Get a different doctor people this guy and his staff are just awful. I’ve seen the doctor 1 time. Decent staff. Terrible doctor. He comes across as very uneducated. Searching Google was more resourceful than he was and Google is free. The doctor also entirely misled/misinformed me. He basically repeated exactly what I told him, typed it in his laptop, then sent me a bill for his services. I'll never return!

The longest wait times I've ever experienced. If you make an appt., expect to be there for an hour and a half AT LEAST. The nursing staff is beyond rude. Well, unless you're a good looking man, in which case they roll out the reds. The doctor is forgetful and self-righteous. I do not recommend him to anyone.

I've been going to Dr. Santos since 2001 and I've had a very good experience with him. He is very kind and does a thorough job explaining what he observes and what he knows about my health. I trust him completely with my healthcare decisions.

Dr. Santos is a good doctor, however his secretarys are LAZY! I dropped off information needed for 2 referrals to see Neurosurgeons for my broken neck that needs surgery in a week and a half. I did all the work for them, the names, addresses, NPI #, ect. all they needed to do was send a fax to my insurance company with clinical results along with it. They did not do it! After countless attempts to get a hold of them (the least they could do is answer the phones, like I said before LAZY!) I had to wait the weekend to speak with someone. Once I got a hold of them it still took them the entire day before it was sent to my insurance company INCOMPLETE they did not send the clinical studies which it plainly says right on it! So I'm now scheduled for Pre-Op tomorrow which will most likely get canceled because of the lack of urgency, lack of professionalism, and lack of care for their patients, and pure LAZINESS! This is not an ingrown toe nail i'm complaining about.... it's my life!!!!! I'm sick of waiting over an hour to see the doctor every time i have an appointment and this just crosses the line. I will be looking for a new doctor once i'm back on my feet after the surgery, that is if Dr. Santos Secretarys can get the referral done for my surgery!
