Dr. Ronald Aung-Din

Dr. Ronald Aung-din is the most knowledgeable physician I have ever met. I am 66 yrs old with 32 years of critical care experience so I feel I can make that accurate statement, in my humble opinion. Dr. Aung-din is one of the most caring, compassionate, personal and reasonable physicians I have ever known. I never feel rushed and Dr. Aung-din has an uncanny ability to quickly get to the root of the problem when other physicians were unable. The care he provides is thorough and he has never over or under ordered labs or imaging. I can tell he is highly respected by his entire staff who often sing his unsolicited praises. His office staff is very friendly, very responsive and always follow through. Very easy to contact the office and have questions or concerns addressed most often before the days end, even quicker responses as of late. Like anything else if it sounds too good to be true it is, but not in this case. I couldnt received any better care.

I have been seeing this doctor for a couple of weeks now and I'm a little uncomfortable with his demeanor because when I walked in as a new patient none of the staff are wearing a mask during COVID-19 and I was asked repeatedly to take my mask off when I have an autoimmune disease but I will always wear my mask no matter what they tell me. He also keeps pushing this cream on me saying it will help with my depression and anxiety but I didn't come to him for these issues I came to him because of the mini seizures and POTS. I will definitely find a new doctor.

I am a former patient of this “doctor”. At the height of Covid in 2020 I was in his office for an exam. He walked into the room without a mask. I asked him to put one on and he refused! I cannot believe he was awarded a medical degree. That was my last visit with him.

I have a complex condition that includes seven different drugs and a surgical procedure. After my operation in 2012 I went 5 years seizure-free. The seizures returned when I stopped smoking marijuana. Believe what you want to believe. I was getting hit hard by depression bc my life took a complete 180. The first two Neurologists I saw, the one referred me to a doctor that was for complex condition. The doctor I was referred to wasn’t seeing eye to eye with. I was then referred by a family member to Dr. Aung-Din. The best Neurologist I have dealt with. He takes the time to listen to what I have to say, to support what I tell him works for me (that testing also shows) and a great staff that has helped get me into the office at times of need. The drugs I am taking are working great for my epilepsy and depression. I highly recommend Dr. Aung-Din and his staff to anyone, especially those who feel like I previously did: can’t find the right doctor. Best luck to everyone!

I tried to see AungDin. He didn’t want to work legally with an attorney Mr. McLain after he agreed Centerstone’s original diagnosis and treatment was not correct. Not only is he not compliant with attorney’s requests per Mr. McLain he treated myself and Kim Blend, my former psychiatric ARNP like inferior women who wanted to command drugs, not aid me in what I wanted to do. He touts “Jesus Christ and how he is a believer and follower” out one side of his mouth and “just take the medications I say” even after I told him it was hurting me. He was more into his marijuana promotion, than “right drug”.He met with Dr. Zaglul but maybe him and Harry Morgan could figure out what “a priest” is significant for in Manasota counties. Thankful I found Dr. Walsh after Dr. Greenfield who helped me find low dose norco is a much better medication regiment than this guy ever helped with. His EEG results were questionable and doubted by many professionals I talked to. Dr. Zaglul doesn’t feel it helps.

Great experience, He’s treats both me and me daughter. The staff are great, always smiles all around.

Dr. Aung-Din is a punctual, caring, listening, thoughtful, insightful, confidence-instilling, pain-killing and health-giving professional.

This Doctor understands and believes my issues and has found my neurological problems. He will prescribe medicine and CBD products that help. I have been with this doctor for 4 years. He has compassion and listens to me.

Dr. Aung-din is so nice and caring, he will do whatever he can to help you. And he takes alot of time and listens. I have seen many doctors and I would recommend Dr. Aung-Din over all the doctors i have seen.

My daughter and I both saw Dr. Aung-Din for different reasons. He was professinal, kind, compassionate, patient-oriented, thorough, detailed, and highly intelligent. He was able to accurately diagnose and treat my daughter’s condition as well as mine. He has the integrity to act in the best interests of his patients, which is like finidng a diamond in the sand. Our family will never forget him and his office and how they helped us in our time of need. May he and his family be forever blessed.

The RECEPTIONIST FAITH is horrible and should not work in health care!!! She is very unprofessional and uncaring cancelled my appointment on me twice two days before both appointments my last appointment was one week before my brain surgery I would not recommend these people to anybody!!! You would think they would appreciate their patients being on time and never canceling but they don't.

Dr. Aung-Din is an incredible doctor, I trust this man with mine and my families lives. He is extremely educated and has changed my life dramatically.

I have been a patient of Dr. Aung-din for more than 10 years. After suffering for years prior to that, he was the first doctor who immediately on the first appointment diagnosed me with peripheral sensory neuropathy. He ordered a sural nerve biopsy which confirmed his diagnosis. He has helped me with several other neurological disorders since that time including degenerative disc disease. Dr. Aung-din, is a compassionate and kind person who truly cares about his patients' well being.

Staff is VERY UNEDUCATED ON INSURANCE AND MEDICAL MARIJUANA PROCEDURES. My Insurance is actually listed as insurance accepted on their site and prior to making the appointment was told by his staff that they accept and participate. They sent me a bill and in fact do not participate in the Insurance Program. Dr. Aung-Din had no knowledge nor did he research On Gadolinium Deposition Disease, which I have plus am Toxic. I suggest He does since he orders MRI/MRA's with IV administration of Gad.

Dr. Aung-Din is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have taken my mother too. He is extremely brilliant in his field and has even invented his own topical cream that gave my mom almost instant pain relief which various narcotics have failed to alleviate any pain. He spends time with his patients, more so than any physician we've been to, and truly cares about them, he is not practicing for money like most are nowadays. He listened to us and explained things in great detail. 10/10
