Ok i have heard some good and bad reviews! If you guys dont want that problem i would highly recommend rezin optical no doubt about it!!! Nice staff and the owner is a really nice guy to!!! Id definitely check him out if i were you guys!

Made my 12 year old niece cry during a contact fitting. He was extremely rude and just plain mean. Never going back.

I've been going to see Dr Piffle for many years. Both the doctor and his staff are outstanding. They are very flexible and understanding when scheduling appointments or making changes to an appointment. The doctor himself is patient, kind, understanding and very personable. Charged me a ton of money just for lenses in my old frames and then they weren't right and still aren't right. I can't even wear them because they're so bad. I paid a bunch of money for glasses I can't even wear. Then when I did call about not being able to see right the lady at the front desk was so rude! I won't be back.

I asked the lady in the office if she handled forward health insurance there. She said yes. She sets up an appointment for three weeks later. I get to my appointment on time, just to find out I waited three weeks for nothing, because they do not take forward health. It took every ounce of my self control not to chew her out as badly as I wanted to. Short wait period. Has done a fantastic job with my 2 year old, he has glasses that are state insurance approved that will work for my son. Have not had an issue yet, got a phone call same day as my last appointment about 2 weeks ago saying the glasses we're on back order and would take about a month. Not a problem as they were coming from Texas and with mother natures attitude I understood. Got the call today they are in so I'm impressed! Short wait period.
