Dr. Ronald Alan Ringwald

This is the worst doctor's office. I tried to make an appointment and they said dr. Ringwald isn’t taking new patients so they referred me to the nurse partitioner they have. 3 hours before my appointment I got a phone call saying they refused to see me because they pulled up my health record and seen I was on a lot of medications that made them uncomfortable to see a nurse partitioner. I explained that the psychiatrist fills most of those medications and the office manager got hostile getting fixated on my Adderall and tramadol prescription. I told her the Adderall is taken care of by the psychiatrist and the tramadol, along with a blood pressure pill and a vertigo pill I’ve been in for 4 years and I’m just trying to find new primary care since I moved to this area. The office manager tried telling me they need evidence of a bludged disc and she refused to look through my records to find it. She was rude, and argued with me about my medical marijuana card, and yelled at me exclaiming it is in my record and how doctors are scared of narcotics and that MDs can’t even write out tramadol. I politely said I would find a doctor elsewhere since we already know he is going to mess up my medicines which work perfectly. Don’t go to this office! There full of lies and BS! My old doctor never made me feel like a drug addict! I wouldn’t go here for medical care if this was the last doctor's office on earth. This is the worst doctor's office. I've been with Dr Ringwald for 20+ years. The staff is very polite and helpful. Dr Ringwald himself is very helpful. I was having trouble getting some medicine for my diabetes because of the price and before we could get out of parking lot he come running out of a side door telling us that we could get the prescription cheaper through Good R X what doctor runs out in the cold to catch a patient a good one I would recommend him any day???? Dr. Ringwald is a really good doctor! He takes good care of me whenever I'm sick and he really cares about his patients. When I had the flu back in January 2018, he prescribed me tami flu, I then started recovering from the flu very quickly. Last winter, when I had a Urinary Tract Infection (Which I thought was the stomach flu) he prescribed me antibiotics that began working very quickly. Whenever I'm sick, I become better again usually 1-3 days after seeing him. Sadly, I have a weak immune system and get sick quite often. Dr. Ringwald is a really good doctor!
