The staff here is unorganized and lacks empathy. My mother was refused service because of an 80 dollar balance from 2016! Which she wasnt told about until she arrived at the office after walking and taking a bus just to get there. Keep in mind she has been seen by the doctor since 2016 so why wasnt the balance brought up at any of her other appointments? Better yet why didnt anyone call her prior to her appointment to let her know there was a balance? Whats even worse my mother understood the situation and said she was willing to reschedule her appointment and will bring the money at that time (since she doesnt own a credit card) except they wouldn't even allow her to reschedule. Don't get me wrong I work in the medical field, this isnt a complaint about having to pay a balance this is a complaint on how you handled it. There is clearly something wrong with your billing department if a 2016 balance isn't even being brought up until 2021 and instead of acknowledging the mistake you made an elderly woman waste her time and effort. Then when i called to speak to a supervisor to understand the situation I get hung up on, now because of your lack of ethic Dr. Weiss is going to lose a patient that hes had for over 15 years. If anyone is in search of a good opthalmologist office unfortunately because of his staff this isn't the place to go. . The staff here is unorganized and lacks empathy. Just completed my cataract surgery with Dr. Weiss. I am beyond happy! His expertise, knowledge & care is superb. He is a wonderful ophthalmologist who gives excellent care to his patients. His office staff is friendly, polite & helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Weiss!

Dr. Weiss is the absolute best cataract surgeon! He is knowledgeable, thorough, caring and efficient! I have not had this clear vision since I was a child. I highly recommend his expertise!

Dr. Weiss just completed my father's cataract surgery and he is an exceptional doctor. My father's vision greatly improved after the first eye was treated and he is doing well after yesterday's surgery. My family and I are so grateful to have been referred to Dr. Weiss. He is very caring, thorough and has a wonderful personality to go with his incredible talent. I highly recommend Dr. Weiss!
