Recently had a crown and the staff and all involved were excellent! Would definitely recommend, they have handled my dental needs for years!

Dr Lloyd and his daughter were both so sweet and even helped take care of my 3 week old daughter while I got my feeling done. ❤️

Honestly I had to go to get my tooth at the top right of my mouth checked because I felt that I needed a root canal or a fell in which I did. When I went back for JUST a cleaning he ended up doing a felling at the bottom on the left remind you ONLY MY TOP RIGHT TOOTH WAS GIVING ME PROBLEMS. When doing the feeling he ending up drilling my teeth to far apart now I have two pains in my mouth which is killing me. My bottom tooth wasn’t giving me any pain until I went to him. I dope up on painkillers just to honestly get through the day…. I stopped going to the dentist because of the way he talked with disrespect towards my mother when I was a child. I'm an adult now and I needed cleanings and filling. I didn't have water in the morning to brush my teeth so there was obviously plaque. I explained and he said I was lying. Not only that but I had a 10 o'clock appt. and I didn't get to see him till 11. How ridiculous, I needed to go back to work. Dr. Lloyd is the only one I don't like every one else seems nice. I have been going to Dr. Lloyd for well over 10 years, and I am very disappointed to say the least. I had to get two fill ins done that were side by side. I have never had any problems until recently. During my official LAST visit I felt like my dental work was rushed, Dr. Lloyd kept looking away, pausing during my work, carrying on a conversation outside of the doorway (which to me seems like a HIPPA violation) with someone I do not know, and I felt very uncomfortable since I felt like Dr. Lloyd was not being attentive to my dental work. Since my fill ins were still bothering me (I still felt rough edges), I had to go to another dentist that had to REDO BOTH of my fill ins and the new dentist FOUND ANOTHER cavity that needed a fill in (which again Dr. Lloyd did not mention to me). I do not feel comfortable going back to have any dental work done at this location and I hope that they improve in their service. I was told by another dental firm in Wilson on Raleigh Road after $49. Intro offer to "new Patients". I would need a cap replacement comprehensive cleaning, X-rays Yada, yada yada.... and oh by the way $1700. After some good local advice went to Dr. Ronnie Lloyd OMG, no X-ray needed because they could see the surface of the tooth was good. Told me the old cap which they checked was still good would be cemented back in place in a jiffy! And it was. Great guy, awesome staff, oh $90. What! $1600.xx savings!! I had to get a filling done on one of my bottom molars but I have so much dental anxiety from a previous experience with a different dentist that I was sooo nervous/scared for this one. However, Blair was amazing and SO comforting. Dr. Lloyd was so quick too, and I did not feel a THING. Loved the whole visit!!!

Nice frindly staff but with my face swollen to my eye took my money and did nothing but send me to another dentist because he dident no what to do refused to give pain meds wast of time and money would not reccomend

Horrible experience. And ended up having to go to another dentist to fix what they messed up.

Been a few times and the staff is very friendly but Dr Lloyd isn't. Not mean just not a talker I guess

I thought the experience was okay. the staff was wonderful and the doctor is okay too. he's not really friendly but he is good at the job. Maybe my next appt will be better. I got my work and prosthetics right away from the VA Hosp and was very happy. Only problem I had was getting the followups done in timely manner. Loved loved loved the staff team, especially the front desk and my tech, she was wonderful.
