If you are in need of medical assistance this is not the place to get it. Made an appointment with Dr. Roselia a few months back. I was having horrible back pain and a constant urge to pee. I was sure something was off with my body. Just because I did not have pain in all the right places she dismissed the idea of a possible infection. The one thing she did right was ask her medical assistant to do a PH test strip. Which by the way she did not even see, it was all done by her medical assistant. At the end she told me it was probably muscle pain and I left that place with a pain reliever prescription. My pain came and went. Soon after that I went to a different doctor. She requested several blood test and urine test in order to find out what was going on. After a week of waiting for the results it turned out I had a kidney infection. Now a kidney infection because it was not treated earlier. The doctor I went to was amazing at explaining that not everyone experiences the same symptoms. I am glad I found a competent doctor who was able to assist me. I would not recommend Dr. Roselia to anyone. Save your money! Go elsewhere for any medical need. My mother recently went here after waiting for a appointment for a month and this place was horrible, the Dr. was unprofessional didn’t seem interested in my mother’s health, she went for knee pain and swelling and was given pain killers that can be purchased over the counter. Complete waste of time

They could do better. A family member of mine caught an infection because of their complacency and low sense of urgency.

Wish I could go even lower then 1 star. Male nurse is very rude and confrontational. Dr also very rude do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I heard great things about the Dr. Roselia unfortunately, both male and female receptionists made it uncomfortable to even make an appointment. I recommend people go elsewhere that is more welcoming!

I rarely write negative reviews, but save yourself the trouble of coming here. Receptionists/the nurses are rude. There is always trouble with sending prescriptions to pharmacies and when they’re finally sent they’re the wrong ones. Always wants to make separate appointments for everything. I was seeking physical therapy or a chiropractor for back pain and I just received a painkiller prescription to take 3x a day (in the office she said it was a muscle relaxer to take once a day so I’m pretty sure she sent the wrong prescription) and was told to make another appointment in two weeks to check in. Nope, switching. Every time (5+) times I've interacted with this office there's been some kind of mix up. Dr Herrera is a great dr however her male nurse/assistant, is very rude! He rolls his eyes all the time if he feels annoyed with you! He’s very unprofessional! I don’t know how he hasn’t been replaced!

Dr Herrera's office staff is always welcoming and professional. Everytime I have been there for an appointment I was seen fairly quickly.

Dr. Herrera is the nicest doctor I’ve ever met. Her staff is very friendly and they always make time to schedule appointments even if they’re last minute.
