Dr. Rosemarie Danielle Gotshall

She was way to busy to actually take the time to listen to my questions and rude to me. I have stopped going to the practice and would not recommend her.

Not only will she stand by the door she'll actually leave the room telling you she's busy. She left me on a medication that turned my life upside down, but was willing to diagnose me with something else that required more medication. That was a misdiagnosis. There's not enough room in this review to tell you what a horrible doctor she is.

Horrible Practice. Should have figured that out on my visit when there was a patient in the reception area screaming that they were not address her issues and that she was in pain. Dr. Gotshall bed side manner is dismissive and unacceptable. Treats you like an E-1 in the military. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR.

The worst experience with a PCP in my life! Dr. (if I can even call her that) Gotshall was dismissive, rushed, rude, and had zero bed side manner. She stated on several occasions that she was "all about the hands-on care" for her patients. That statement is a lie! She had no time to listen or discuss any additional issues that I had. She stated "you only have time talk to me about two things, that's all - two things. Otherwise every patient would be waiting in the waiting for over an hour for their appointment". I did wait one hour and 15 minutes for my appointment with her today and she gave me less than 5 minutes of her time even though on my paperwork I was scheduled for 20 minutes. She also stood in the patient room over me (I was seated) with her arms crossed and a stern look on her face like I was beneath her and I should be quiet and take her orders and move on. I am not an enlisted person in the military and I deserve respect just like any other person under her supposed "care". Just a heads up for anyone who may want to choose her for a PCP. Do not do it. She is the head of IMS and that says it all. Terrible management of time. No time for empathetic patient care.

I have Dr. Gotshall as my PCP now for about 14 yrs! She’s an excellent physician that listens & answers any questions you may have.

Routine follow-up visit in office to review current blood test results and renew prescriptions. The doctor was prompt, so I did not have to wait long. She is very professional and personable and took the time needed to answered any questions that I had. She puts me at ease and makes sure that I know when my next appointment will be and that I am given the necessary paperwork for any tests that are to be done before my next visit. In short, I think Doctor Gotshall is great and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Gotshall is a great doctor with great respect and care for patient wellbeing

Dr Gotshall was overwhelmed when she took over for Dr John Hopkins. However, within two years she has demonstrated that she is not only fully capable of performing in her new role but will exceed the positive qualities of all of her predecessors at IMS. She is a tremendous asset!!!

Average wait time. Informative and always asks if I have additional questions or concerns

This is a very poorly run medical office. I have had several appointments all of which I had to wait at least an hour beyond my booked appointment time. The doctor is probably a good one but at this practice she has NO time to spend with you and is very rushed. Do yourself a favor and find another medical office to work with. Dr. Gotshall is the kind of doctor I’ve wanted/needed for a long time. She actually listens and is very thorough. Thank God my family found a real Dr.! Lydia is AMAZING, too!
