Roxanne saved my eyesight by sending me 2 a retinal specialist right away when she looked at my eye. The ladies helping me pick my frames are so helpful & so friendly. They understand how important it is to find the ones you really like. Very pleased to find them.

GREAT VISIT!!! VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL!!!

Didn't have to wait past my scheduled appointment time. They have the BEST SO FAR "I can do that for you" attitude! This is my very, first time at this Eye Facility and out of all my years, of going to very nice and professional places. This place "is the BEST! Up to date technology, friendly, courteous and professional treatment from everyone there. I have recommended Personal Eyecare to my family and friends and will continue to do so! One of the best managed offices I have in my health care selections. I just love this office. I have been going here ever since Dr. Potter took over Personal Eyecare. EVERYONE that works there is very friendly and willing to assist and help. You don't find customer service like that very often anymore.

We went to VS to get glasses for my toddler. There are not many stores that carry small enough glasses but thankfully VS does and they were unbelievably helpful. We just had a wonderful experience there.

Everyone was very friendly, and professional. The exam was extensive and I did not feel rushed. The optometrist went beyond to assure there was nothing wrong with my sight. Facilities were clean, and up to date. Wish I would have found them earlier.

Dr. Potter has been very attentive to eye care and is always ensuring you are aware of what is going on and any treatment path that need to be followed. I have been a patient with them for several years and will continue to be for some time. On several occasions Dr. Potter saw me immediately to evaluate disturbing visual symptoms and on one of those occasion promptly facilitated an appointment and intervention with an eye surgeon for laser treatment the same day.
