I've been a patient of Dr. Pazmino since I was 16 years old and had my very first ovarian cyst. I'm now 39, and Dr. Pazmino has been treating me since, he's operated on me 3 times, including a total open abdominal hysterectomy, and he was the ONLY OB/GYN who actually listened to me, understood what I was saying to him, and cared enough to actually do an exploratory laparoscopy, which diagnosed my Endometriosis. I had gone to a Geisinger OB/GYN while in college because it was closer, and during that time my cysts became horrible, every month was a painful nightmare, and the Geisinger OB/GYN not only wouldn't listen to me at all and totally misdiagnosed me, but it would ALWAYS take at least 2 weeks to get in to see her (when it was an emergency), then she would simply say "We need an ultrasound" at that appointment, and then I would have to schedule an ultrasound for another 2-3 weeks away...By the time I would actually have the ultrasound done, the cysts would have already ruptured and resolved themselves, she wouldn't see anything, and she wrote it off as being "Polycystic Ovary Disease", told me there was nothing I could do about it except take birth control pills, it was just something I was going to have to live with, and to stop making a "big deal" about it every month...I really had totally given-up and fell into a depression due to the severe pain I went through for 2 weeks out of every month...And then my mom said "You need to call Dr. Pazmino"...And I never looked back after that. *****Some things that EVERYONE READING THIS needs to know about Dr. Pazmine: #1) No matter how busy he is, no matter when I call him with any problem at all, 99% of the time he'll just say "Come on over now". Literally right at that moment he'll have me come over, and he makes time to see me. #2) He has an ultrasound machine in his office and HE DOES ALL ULTRASOUNDS HIMSELF, RIGHT THERE ON THE SPOT!!! No waiting, rescheduling a separate appointment, or having to have a "Tech" who can't explain anything at all to you do the ultrasound (and then having to wait another month to get in to see the doctor to get the results)...And his Ultrasound machine has a second screen that faces you, the patient, so that you can not only see the entire ultrasound, but Dr. Pazmino takes the time to actually explain everything he is seeing to you WHILE HE'S SEEING IT AND WHILE HE CAN POINT IT OUT TO YOU ON THE SCREEN! #3) Dr. Pazmino NEVER, EVER, EVER tries to have a conversation with you or tries to explain anything to you while you're in the exam room, or while you're sitting there in your little gown and nothing else, feeling awkward and uncomfortable. At every single appointment, regardless of why you're there, Dr. Pazmino will finish your exam, your ultrasound, your laser treatments, etc., whatever physical exams and procedures you're having done are all you will EVER DO in the exam room and while undressed. He ALWAYS has you get dressed and then meet him in his actual office to discuss anything and everything with you, where you feel comfortable and can pay attention to what he is saying. He's literally the ONLY DOCTOR of any kind that I've ever seen that does this, which boggles my mind. #4) Dr. Pazmino actually listens to what you are saying, and actually does everything he is able to do to try to help you. I would recommend Dr. Pazmino to anyone and everyone, and have done-so many, many times. I have worked with several women who are older than me and who haven't seen a Gynecologist for years to decades, simply because they could never find a doctor they liked or trusted. And I have sent them to Dr. Pazmino, and they have all thanked me. I'm going to miss him when he finally retires, because doctors like him just don't exist anymore. I love the care that comes from this office.

But I appreciate that Dr. Pazmino is his consideration and his thoroughness. He listens patiently and carefully when I describe any issue or situation. And he takes appropriate steps as necessary. He is thorough in his procedure and diagnosis. He is careful to explain everything in a manner I can understand.

Dr pazmino is a great dr. Quick appointments, which is great who wants to spend their day off in the Dr's office? Office is clean, and very friendly staff!

Dr Pazmino, has been my Dr. since the late eighty. He is straight forward and keeps on top of things. No matter were you run into Dr. Pazmino, he always has time to stop and say Hi, you are not just a number with him.
