I'm very confident with Dr Trawick. He did a total knee replacement last May, and on May he will replace my other knee. He also explains everything in terms that I can understand.

They treated me so nicely and made me feel heard and understood. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt really confident in the treatment plan— now I have a clear path forward for my care. There is a light at the end of the tunnel an it was isn’t a train!

Trawick always spend time listening to my questions. He answer them and tries to figure out what he can do to help!

No nonsense, just results. Always positive.

GREAT DR.

Very professional. Dr Trawick is very kind and professional.

The staff especially Dr. Trawick were awesome.

Dr Trawick team are very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. They are best in what they do.

I am very satisfied with TOSH and the people there. All I hear is praises for Dr. Trawick which calms a lot of my fears about having surgery. Dr Trawick himself I’d very personable and reassuring.

I have had two surgeries with Dr Trawick. He and his staff are amazing. He takes time to look at and listen to me. The two surgeries went very well with minimal discomfort and no complications. He inspires confidence in me about his judgement and skill.

Dr Trawick and his team are wonderful! I wanted to wait a bit before I left this review just to make sure I knew how everything really turned out. Dr. Trawick did bilateral total knee replacement for me 7 weeks ago. Today I just walked down 5 flights of stairs, and I feel really strong. I have over 140° of flexion and -4° hyper extension. Dr. Trawick has an excellent bedside manner, took all of my questions seriously and answered them well. His entire team was also terrific. Very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs knee surgery.

Dr Trawick is a very kind, patient and knowledgeable doctor. He listened to what was "going on" with my knee. To be honest, it was nice to have someone actually listen (he most likely already knew what was wrong and what needed to be done). He is not quick to move towards invasive procedures - extremely comforting to me. We decided on a course of action. I'm not certain my knee will get better (like when I was 20), but I'm certain we have slowed down the march to older knees! 1 star - ease of making appointment 1 star - wait time 1 star - listening 1 star - coming up with a plan 1 star - help with implementing the plan

Dr.Trawick is fantastic as is his staff, knowladgable, pleasant professional. He just did my total knee and it’s turning out great . I really appreciate him taking the time to answer all my questions . He and his staff made me very comfortable, thanks Doc????

Dr. Trawick came highly recommended to me. He is very personable thus easy to relate to. He answered all my questions in detail and helped me to be comfortable with my decision to have a total knee replacement. He and all of his staff were very professional, respectful and knowledgeable.

Back last September, I visited Dr. Trawick to look at my knee which had a floater in it. I thought it would be a scope, clean up and move on type of procedure. After an x-ray, the bad news came that I was really needing a double knee replacement. Both knees were shot. I set up both knees for TKR 7 weeks apart. Dr. Trawick was able to get them done Oct/Dec 2022. As far as I can tell they were a total success. After 7 weeks and 15 weeks of surgeries, I am backcountry skiing again, riding my bike, indoor climbing and generally about anything I was doing pre-surgery. 2 thumbs up.

I love Dr. Trawick!!! He is kind and compassionate and truly cares about his patients!!

It was a Great experience

Everything went well.On time, efficient and pleasant staff! Answered all my questions and concerns. Dr. Trawick very personable and knowledgeable. I'm waiting to see what a CT scan shows so I can know what might be ahead for my shoulder situation. So far so good.????????

I have had an excellent experience. I've had a knee replacement and shoulder replacement and they're doing excellent. I would recommend Roy Trawick

This was the most efficient Doctor’s visit I have ever had. I arrived a few minutes early, was checked in immediately and was called to the examination room while doing paperwork. Within five minutes I was ex-rayed and saw Doctor Trawick immediately following. I felt good about his diagnosis and the follow up instructions. Great visit!

Dr. Trawick is an exceptional OrthoPedic Surgeon!! I barely have a scar and I'm healing perfectly and fast!. I would recommend him to any and everybody!! The Tosh staff is wonderful as well!!

Dr Trawick is awesome! He listens to concerns and is not rushy. He explains the details of surgery very well.

Dr. Trawick did a total shoulder replacement on me 4 months ago at Lone Peak Hospital. It was a complete success and I am pain free and have wonderful range of motion. The whole surgery experience was amazing.

Every time I've gone to see Dr Traywick, I've had a very negative experience! When i recently visited with a broken Clavicle from cycling, he told me to just let heal on its own, I've been thru these kind accidents in my life and just letting it heal on its own is extremely painful and lasts several months, i have several cyclist friends that have had this injury and felt 100 better once they had the bone repaired. my opinion of Dr Traywick is he's one of those can't do guys

Absolutely great experience getting a torn ACL repaired. Dr. Trawick has you back on your feet as soon as possible. Very professional and experienced surgeon with a great team caring for all your needs in this situation. They work with Intermountain imaging services and physical therapy in the same building, so travel isn’t needed. As I don’t wish to have a knee problem again, I would always return! Dr Trawick is an amazing doctor. He's very patient and explained everything to where I can understand it. It's a long healing surgery we had done. He's helped us every step of the way. Dr. Trawick did my full knee replacement surgery. He is very thorough and answers every question you may have. He really is an amazing and caring Doctor!!! His staff is great!!! Everyone truly cares!

It was a great experience to get my knee surgery. After just over 2 weeks I'm down to physical therapy once a week and doing great!

Everyone on staff including Dr Trawick were very helpful and kind. While I waited I could hear the chatter in the office and it sounded like everyone was glad to be there. It made me want to work there too!

Dr. Trawick is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the options for my shoulder issue in easy to understand language.

Dr. Trawick was compassionate and thorough! His extensive knowledge was obvious, as he helped to create a future healthcare plan for me. I did not feel rushed during my appointment, and Dr. Trawick carefully answered all my questions. Dr. Trawick’s staff also was professional and kind. Dr.Trawick is by far one of the best surgeons I ever encountered. He was very professional and straight to the point. During my surgery day he made me comfortable and mentally prepared me for the big day. My experience with Dr. Trawick was just simply amazing. My ACL tear recovery journey has just begun but it makes it so much easier knowing I have such a great doctor by my side. Staff is also just as amazing as Dr. Trawick. I was very happy with my experience at Dr. Trawick office. The entire staff was outstanding, and Dr. Trawick made sure that I understood everything we spoke about! To sum up my visit, I am happy I went to see him!

I am having issues with my left knee. Dr. Trawick and I discussed the issues and came up with a plan to help my knee. He is a great Doctor Who listens to his patients needs and concerns answers questions and is very concerned about being able to help his patients the best way that he can!

Dr. Trawick and his staff are the most personable, professional and talented medical providers I have ever been to. The front desk staff are always friendly and I am always roomed and seen in a timely manner. Dr. Trawick and his PA are both friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to answer all my questions and get to know me on a personal level. The total knee replacement went well. The aftercare and concern about my well being, not so much. I was in a constant pain, but was told, I shouldn’t still be in pain, so it was very difficult to get the necessary pain medication to heal properly. A manipulation was needed and my quad was torn in the process and again I was told, I shouldn’t be in pain. Well, maybe I shouldn’t have been, but I was in great pain, and again had a very difficult time receiving the pain medication that was needed. I’m almost 13 weeks out from the total knee replacement and my range of motion is barely to 110 degrees. Edit: I saw another doctor for a second opinion who helped me find the root of my pain:I was allergic to the metals in the replacement. I have had another replacement, with a different doctor, and it’s been a night and day difference with both my own recovery and compassion from my doctor. The total knee replacement went well. First time visit. Got me right in before the scheduled appointment time. Friendly staff and doctor.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She was very through in the details. Dr. Trawick was very friendly and helpful. He went over everything in detail. Overall experience was wonderful.

I am impressed with my first visit with Dr. Trawick. With in minutes he listened to my explanation of my injury and with a few test he had my situations figured out. This has been a 5 month process including physical therapy. Frustration is an understatement. I finally feel like I am on the right track to recovery.

Well run office. I was seen a few minutes before my actual appointment. I Have seen doctor Trawick for several years including a full knee replacement. I highly recommend Dr Trawick. He listens and clearly explains the possible paths to take. The surgeries has performed on my knees have had excellent results

Dr. Trawick is top notch.

Dr. Trawick is simply a worker of miracles! I can’t express enough his kindness and understanding. He listens to his patients concerns with his heart and understands with his knowledge and training. I have, and will continue, to recommend him.

A friend recommended I come here for a 2nd opinion on my torn ACL. Best decision ever. The 1st doctor I saw never even suggested draining the fluids from my knee and giving me cortisone. My knee doesn’t hurt at all and I have a much better understanding of what’s going on and how to approach it. If I decide to have surgery, Dr Trawick will definitely be the one.

Post surgical follow up was very important & informative, Dr Trawick is an excellent surgeon has provided professional care for me each time I have needed it for the last 12 years.

Dr. Trawick is top notch! My son blew his knee out playing sports and it was not a simple ACL tear. He needed surgery on 3 of 4 ligaments that hold the knee together. I wanted to find the best doctor to handle the job and I’m certain I did! He took the time to explain the injuries and needed procedures. He sat down with me when surgery was complete and went through the scans and pics. He helped to carefully chose a physical therapist that was familiar with this type of injury so the chances of recovery were the best possible. This is my second total knee - Dr. Trawick did my first 6 years ago. I am truly grateful to him for his great work. I would recommend Dr. Trawick to anyone contemplating knee or shoulder surgery. It's absolutely crucial to know that the surgeon taking you apart and putting you back together is the BEST. It took several months to recover from my first total knee, but the knee is as good as new. I can do lunges on it! I think the second will be even better. I am much farther ahead in my range of motion, in only less than 3 weeks since my surgery. It's hard to believe that I can soon resume swimming, biking, lifting, and long days of yard work. Knee replacements are painful, and they take time to heal, but having the work done is worth it when I consider how much more I can do with good joints. Everyone is remarkably nice and professional! Highly Recommended

I was on my way to shoulder surgery and decided to get a second opinion at Tosh. Dr Trawick examined my shoulders and told me no surgery was needed. So happy!!! However, super disappointed with the fact that another orthopedic surgeon (not from TOSH) was more than willing to cut me up for no good reason!!!! Thank you Dr Trawick.

Always caring, professional, trustworthy. Dr. Trawick has done 2 total knee replacements for me and I trust him completely and would recommend him to my family or anyone else.

He has replaced both knees , which were well overdue I believe because of expertise, experience & attention to detail My recovery for senior citizen has been phenomenal. He and his coworkers are also thorough and a pleasure to work with. Intermountain Hospital up there are also fantastic.

Both knees have been bugging me quite drastically that I really felt I would need both knee replacements ASAP. After further review and x-rays Dr Trawick decided to take the less aggressive route at this time and decided what’s was best and that was to have a cortisone shot in each. My knees feel so much better after even a day . I’ve noticed a big difference even though they mentioned it would take a couple of weeks to really notice anything. I’m so happy with the results in such a short turn around. Thank you for making the right decision on my behalf. I cannot say enough about how great this entire experience was. I had tried to meet with a different doctor in Provo and ended up walking out after waiting for an hour in the lobby. So I was nervous. But this was the exact opposite. Everyone was prompt, professional, polite and caring. The doctor was super awesome. Explained everything well. I also met with the PA for a shot and he is so great! Dr Trawick is the best! He did both rotator cuffs on my husband. He also did my knee replacement 2 months ago as well as my rotator cuff repair six months ago. His bedside manner is amazing. His skills as a surgeon are EPIC.

The best thing I can say about Dr Trawick is he’s a great Dr, very knowledgeable, and provides your option in a clear console way that is easy to understand- I don’t look forward to the recovery process but to know his skill is focused on my health is comforting.
