I have been going to Dr Halper for almost 30 years she has taken very good care I highly recommend her as a PCF

Dr Halper is a kind, caring physician that takes times with each patient including getting to know the patient very well. She is extremely organized, polite, and her follow-up is unsurpassed. She has handled my case so carefully that at 71 I'm so proud to recommend her. In fact, my daughters see her as well and have the same very great opinion of her professional strengths. I highly recommend Dr. Ruby Halper.

Dr. Halper is the best! She is kind, caring, and patient. She really listens to her patients. She is second to none! I have been a patient of Dr. Halper’s for 29 years and I wouldn’t change a thing. Can’t say enough about her!
