Rudy C Ochs

I'm a caregiver and I would not take my dog here. Dr. Rudy Ochs should not be in the business of caring for others. Seems he struggles to care for himself. He's done nothing but guess what my patient needs, so much that patient refuses to return to the doctor or hospital to get health care.
