NIGHTMARE. Impacted wisdom tooth extraction with Dr.Linman left tooth fragments in my gums. Invisible on X-ray’s (no sign of infection) so I was treated like an ignorant pill junky. I was in excruciating pain for almost a MONTH and begged him to help me! Shooting pain up the side of my face causing migraines constantly. After being turned away from Linman, I paid for 4 different doctors/specialists/ER desperately trying to figure out what why I was in so much pain. Severely depressed, defeated, hopeless and suicidal... it wasn’t until that side of my face started swelling up that Linman and his staff welcomed me back into the clinic with open arms to drain the surgery site that had already healed over. “Oh, I guess it was infected”. I wasted a month of my life on this ordeal, not to mention a lot of my hard earned money. This staff showed me no compassion or remorse for what I was going through. Not to mention the facility was a run down and outdated. But that was the least of my concerns at that time. If I just would have done a little research on this place maybe it would have saved me from this. I truly hope that this review can at least save one person from going through what I went through. This Dr is awesome!

Had an awesome experience. Staff very nice Dr Linman very patient and made sure I had a pain free procedure!

I never got to meet any of the surgeons at Edison Lakes because their secretary was so rude that I turned around and left. I waited for someone to acknowledge me for several minutes before I asked for help. The back secretary told me that the front secretaries were at lunch break from 11am. It was 1110am. She was argumentative and said I needed a referral for my son. Since I had just left Dr Coulter's office it had not come through yet. Her nonverbal behavior and mannerisms told me that she was ready to give me a hard time. At that point I was done with her bad attitude. The gentleman in the waiting room saw the whole episode and smiled at me as I was leaving. This was the very best experience I have ever had with an oral surgeon. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and very nice. The dental assistant was very kind and polite. My other dentist had me scared because it was a slanted tooth and half was broken off. Dr Linman put me at ease right away. The shots weren't as bad either. The first 2 weren't bad at all 2nd 2 didn't even feal them at all. The tooth came out easy didn't hurt much at all after numbness went away. I've had several teeth pulled at different dental places and this was the best and least painful ever. Thank you Dr. Linman This was the very best experience I have ever had with an oral surgeon. Absolutely wonderful, polite doctor! I was incredibly nervous before having my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Linman and his team made me very comfortable. He is also very informative and makes sure you understand everything before they begin. I had a wonderful experience and I would recommend their office to anyone!

He has always taken care of my Dental needs come up.

I got an organ surgery, especially, wisdom teeth removal from Dr. Linman. He did a great job with a wonderful skill. In addition, he was a good listener in terms of my anxiety and question. He tried to give a psychological comfort to me using his friendly attitude befor and after surgery. The staffs were nice and welcoming. They always gave detailed answer regarding my question such as side effect, payment, or treatment. They did their best to arrange much sooner schedule for me!!! Thanks!!! :D

Down to earth- phenomenal doctor!!!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. I had five wisdom teeth and am older than most patients and it was still a painless experience all the way through. It took him 20 minutes to get all five teeth out and I was back to eating normal food and up and around in a couple days. The staff was excellent, friendly and made sure it was painless. I had my wisdom teeth extracted in November 2011 by Dr. Russell Linman. 3/ 4 were bony (Fully) Impacted, and one was breaking through, but slightly sideways. The two bottom ones were pretty much sitting literally on top of my nerves. I was scared to death (I cry when I get dental cleanings) The thought of being put under, and not knowing what was happening, and the risks that were possible, in conjunction with the severity of my impacted teeth had me terrified to the point that I shook violently upon arrival, and cried for months leading up to the xrays, let alone the surgery itself. I scheduled my appointment for 8am, the earliest appointment they had available so I could wake up and still be sleepy and then go home and sleep all day. Upon arrival I cried as I signed the papers and the secretary assured me of just how fine id be. When they called me back I was hesitant but walked back and I sat myself in the chair. Dr Linman came back and introduced himself, and talked me through the procedure.They put the I.V in my hand with one try, and started giving me saline, hooked me up to the heart moniter, put the cape over my chest, and goggles on my face, and a breathing apparatus in my nostrils. I watched the instructional video, and signed the papers, and they came back and told me this was it, thery were ready. The nurse brought a syringe with her, and I sat my head up and looked at her and asked if that was the stuff and she assured me it was. I remember watching it go in my arm, and thinking oh my god, I am still awake, this isnt working, Im going to be awake through the surgery and then they next thing I knew my face was numb, and the nurse was waking me up, telling me to try to stand up. (I just kept mumbling that I needed water and was mad they wouldnt give me any) so i tried to get up and fell on the floor. they picked me up and put me in a wheel chair and wheeled me to my waiting ride. I got in and started to cry, Im not sure why but I do remember part of it was because they wouldnt give me water and because I couldnt talk very well. I got a bottle with a flip top full of water to squirt in my mouth so I didnt have to suck to get water out. As soon as I got home, I took one of the pain meds prescribed, but eventually noticed my numbness wasnt wearing off. Come to find out (and to no fault of Dr. Linman's) my nerve was affected when the tooth came out, and my lower chin, teeth, and gums were numb for almost three months. During this time, i called Dr. Linman and he was very nice about it. he followed up with me for many weeks about it to make sure I was ok, and gave me instructions to help me (Like massaging my skin to promote nerve reconnection) needless to say I can now feel everything, and I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Linman and his staff as he is great and takes great care of his patients. Just make sure you follow the after care instructions to a T! I highly recommend getting a neti pot or squeeze bottle to use with the salt water needed to swish with to keep your mouth and the incisions clean. Make sure you try to open your mouth the second day, and by the end of the third day try to brush. Make sure you do not use actual mouthwash. Great foods are carnation instant breakfast, eggs, rice, mashed potatoes, and soups.
