MyI better half loves Dr. Ford but his staff has dropped the ball many times they do not follow thru with what they say when we first started seeing him his staff was awesome but unfortunately they have went down hill very disappointing I dont think Dr Ford knows this because its unacceptable . Dr Ford is the best his staff needs improving alot they need to get retrained on there job and retrained to follow up on what they tell his patients I give 5 stars only because Dr. Ford is the best if I based my review on his staff it would be a 1. Dr. Ford is an awesome, intelligent, and caring doctor. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been going to him for almost 5 years and I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor.

Dr. Ford is the best doctor in the world! He is not just a doctor, he cares for each of his patients as if they are part of his family. He is very knowledgeable in his field and he goes above and beyond to answer all of your questions. His only goal is to cure his patients. Also, he is easy on the eyes.

Yesterday morning, 4/8/19 was my 1st visit & meeting Dr. Ford. I thoroughly had an excellent & informative visit. He explained basically all questions asked with no hesitation and with ease that gave a sense of comfort, reliance & trust in his expertise. He was extremely pleasant & knowledgeable in his profession & speciality. He was excellent! He offered & provided a wealth of knowledge. I can’t stress enough of how well received he was. He presented a calm-relaxed atmosphere. Great Doctor!

Dr. Ford headed up my liver transplant team and I can not speak highly enough of every aspect of my experience at Emory. Great doctor and staff!

I've never had a Doctor to show the compassion and listen to my side of the medical story as through as Dr. Ford. His bedside manner is one that medical schools should be teaching, he really impresses as a Doctor that has confidence in his ability and skill. He always spends ample time with me and answers all my questions and encourages me to do better. I have Stage 4 Liver Cirrhosis caused from Fatty Liver. Wish I had been seeing him about 10 or 12 years ago. I've never had a Doctor to show the compassion and listen to my side of the medical story as through as Dr. Ford. Very detailed oriented in providing info about care and treatments. Great bedside manner. His staff is excellent in their caregiving as well.

He is great to talk to. Very nice and listens to all of our concerns. He works at Emory, seriously how more qualified can a dr be? My husband is in good hands here.

He was referred by to us and he is awesome. He's very knowledgeable about my Hepatitis C. He is very polite and has a sense of humor.

awesome doctor, by far the best I have ever seen all around. Takes time to explain everything to you and is very down to earth. He has Personally called to explain my blood work and treatments for hep c to me. I am a former opiate addict, so I have definitely been witness to my fair share of doctors over the years. Dr. Ford is by far the best when it comes to actually being a doctor and getting treatment for his patients,also very easy to talk to.I do not feel rushed what so ever in his office.
