Dr. Sheppard is the best in the industry. The office is friendly and really helpful as well.

Dr Sheppard has removed 3 teeth of mine plus he did my daughter’s wisdom teeth. His bedside manner is so great that I wish he was licensed in every field of medicine bc I would never see anyone else!! He truly is the kindest, most compassionate doctor I’ve ever met.

Dr. Sheppard is great. Really explains the process and surgery well. Very thoughtful and has a wonderful bedside manner. Great experience! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to get oral surgery.

Dr. Sheppard and Theresa are wonderful! I had a wisdom tooth extracted. He did a great job. I had complications, no fault of his. I had to go in every day for a week for them to treat my dry socket. They were there for me. They are very patient and understanding. Theresa is very kind and gentle. They are excellent! My family will be going to Dr. Sheppard for any dental work from now on. If I could give 100 stars I would!

He was extremely informative and him and his assitant made me very comfortable, being that I've never been put under before. He was very confident about his abilities and explained his dry socket prevention centrifuge procedure in a fascinating way that was very informative. I highly recommend this oral surgeon!

Excellent!!! Ryan Sheppard was very professional. I highly recommend him. My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth removed. She had no problems.

Dr Sheppard was great with my surgery and calling and checking on me.

Dr. was great (Wisdom teeth for my 15 yr old daughter) but not the insurance lady in house, We paid $1,000 up front, Insurance paid them everything but she has yet to get our money back. Were 9 months calling & waiting so far. Excuses every time. I would not recommend this group at all.

So thankful that my daughter and I both used Dr. Sheppard for our dental surgeries last year. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Sheppard and his wonderful staff. Dr. Sheppard is my dental surgeon of choice.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted here, while the operation was fantastic the financial office was not. I was charged $187 fee the day of the operation and was told insurance would cover the rest. Several weeks after the operation, the company is trying to charge me $200 for 15 minutes of sadation. When i called the company, they states they had miscalculated the estimate at the time of billing and that i would need to cover their mistake. As a senior college student, i do not have $200 for an unaccounted fee. If this was accounted for, my total would of been $387 outside of insurance and i would not of had them removed. Overall, the extraction was great, the company itself and how they handle business is not. I will not be back for any reason. Prior to my visit here, I had a $899 botched root canal with one doc and a followup with another that resulted in him throwing his tools down and telling me it shouldn't hurt. Lost my hearing over it all. Sent by yet another dentist to Sheppard, within 2 days I had the consult and surgery. I'm in less pain post-surgery than I've been in two months. And he called to check on me that night. My one complaint? That Dr Sheppard doesn't treat everything. He'd be my obgyn/ent/general dentist/hero lol

3 of my wisdom teeth had to go. yay. My dentist, Dr. Maitre, referred me to Dr. Sheppard. Literally down the road. So convenient thank goodness. This was my first surgery, so I was very nervous. Dr. Sheppard is very patient and kind. I didn't feel rushed about my concerns. The actual surgery went as planned. Next thing I know I was awake from the general anesthesia going home. I was sent home with a nice recovery kit: cold/hot pack, a post op instruction booklet, medication prescriptions, and a syringe for cleaning the extraction sites.
