Lets just say i cant say anything nice or good about this physician, so i shouldnt say anything at all especially since i am in the medical field

Transferred to Dr. Najmabadi this year. I liked her well enough. Takes her time with her patients which is great. What I dislike intensely is the office staff. They repeatedly fail to follow through on sending prescriptions to pharmacy and fail to forward required referrals to several specialty care offices despite repeated requests. This delayed treatment each time. Recently had a scary health issue. Test results were mostly ok except for a handful which were NOT. Office staff would not pass on messages to provider to call me about these tests or to discuss my next step. We are talking about a less than 5 minute phone call. I had to seek out further care myself. Unacceptable behavior by the office staff. They were snotty on phone on top of it just like others have noted. This office is not particularly automated and this also causes delays and frustration.

First Dr. Najmabadi I feel is a good doctor. I would not recommend this office due to her support staff. I called weekly for three weeks about a prescription refill and never got a return phone call. Then when I finally get the front desk they tell me I must now come in and pick up a slip for lab work. They obviously need customer service training and help understanding that their actions directly reflect the office as a whole. The office is not on the Sutter EHR so the care is not coordinated.

My wife, Samantha and I, having been BOTH going there individually for 11 years, She and the practice is simply EXCEPTIONAL! Dr. Naj may not have the best "bedside manner", but I rather have a Doctor who knows how to fix things and reviews any past illness than may be linked to your current ones.. I have stories of success which include an actual life saving incident of my wife and myself over the many years. I like the excellent referrals to specialists Peter and Samantha Schor, Lincoln, CA. 9

Dr. Najmabodi spent time with me, gathering my health history, thoroughly going over what labs and tests I needed to get a clear understanding of my health. I highly recommend Dr. Najambodi as a caring doctor who doesn't rush her patients through their visits with her.

Not very caring. I am in my 60's and feel I need a more concern for my heath issues. This is not the place. Time to move on.

Waited 40 minutes for a 20 minute appointment. No apology or explanation. Staff there is friendly and helpful.

I saw the doctor on Monday for med refills. I forgot to get one and on Wednesday I called. They told me I had to make an appointment and come back in. That is just greed. The nurse practitioner is great but Dr. Najmabadi is not.

I had an appt Fri am. Was there 20 minutes as requested even though I had all the paperwork completed prior to my arrival. Then waited 40 minutes pass my appt time to be roomed. The doctor and staff were nice but I wasn't pleased to have to wait so long to be seen. My husband had an appt the following Monday. We were told it was at 1:20 pm. When we arrived they were closed still for lunch. Reopened at 1:15. We were told his appt was at 2:20. My husband works out of town and is only available every other Monday so we did not to reschedule. The woman who apologized was so snippy and insincere 'we are humans and do make mistakes' really started making us angry. At 2:20 he wasn't called. At 2:45 he still wasn't called back and the MA hadn't come out to say diddly to us! I asked the receptionist- the doctor only had 3 patients from 1:15 to 2:20. No excuse to be 25 minutes behind especially knowing that he was there an hour early due an office error! We left without being seen. Went to another doctors office in Rocklin and have new appts! Would not recommend this office!

The worst office staff ever! This doctor is unable to care about people and puts very little energy into her work.

Usually the wait is so bad. After signing in, you wait for 10-15 minutes before they put you in the room. In the room you have to wait for another 30- 45 minutes.My other experience is when I was so sick of coughing, I finally called for an appointment. When I got there, the person i the front told me that there was a mistake in the appointment schedule.The doctor will not be able to see me. I asked why they did not give me a call, the lady said she did.When I asked what number she called, it was not even my number. By that time I was getting upset, because I've waited & made extra trip for the appointment only to be told the MD can't see me.Dr Najmabadi came out and she told me there was a mistake. Between the converstion taking place and the wait, Dr Najmabadi could have just seen me even for 5 minutes rather than wasting it with'there was a mistake'..so I left even sicker to my stomach and eventually change MD.This kind of behavior should not be even in healthcare.People in the front office act like they are the MD's. Very, very disappointed
