At first everything seemed good, then things started going downhill. Dr. Sarvepalli didn’t listen to what we were telling her about our health. My prescriptions were not correct. They had my records from my previous doctors but apparently didn’t review them. We asked for referrals to specialists regarding preexisting conditions for which we were previously seeing specialists for, but we never received them. For an entire year, Dr. Sarvepalli never ordered labs. Then a prescription for which I am dependent on the rest of my life was changed for absolutely no reason. It took multiple arguments and an appointment with a PA to get it corrected. There were multiple other issues that led to me looking for a new PCP. I’m happy to say I have an appointment on Monday with a new clinic.

Won't go anywhere else. I've had 3 Drs here n each one was best I've ever had. They don't rush u out. They listen!!!
