Dr. Sajjan K Nemani

Receptionist Candace was extremely rude. Would not schedule a follow-up even with my primary Dr request! Went in person and she told me to leave her office. I've waited over 2 weeks for test results and called several times. Absolutely unprofessional!! She said they will call ONLY if test is abnormal. I asked for copy of my records and was told there was a fee! She needs to be reported and replaced!!

Doesn't listen to his patience

Very thorough, no problems with doctor or staff. 3 stars because I got charged 75.00 for a "covid cleaning". Mind you, I've never had it and also had my temp checked at check-in.

Excellent visit. Dr. Nemani was very kind and knowledge. I suffer from Migraines. He listen to me and overtime my migraines are controlled. His staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. He's expertise in a small rural community is a rare find.

Dr. Nemanis staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. Worst experience i have ever had with a drs staff. When you call they dont return phone calls. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dr and his staff. There are other drs that have excellent staff. I liked Dr. Nemani but his staff is rude (especially the office manager). They refused to give me a copy of my EMS results, they tried to charge me over $30 for a four page test report. Then the Dr. discharged me as a patient after I came in to request the test results be given without my having to pay the $29 handling fee that they had billed me for and to explain that HIPAA prohibits them from charging the patient a handling charge. The office manager called security on me and lied about me saying that I was yelling at staff and being disruptive. The Doctor refuses to see me to discuss this situation and so I now have lost all respect for him as a Doctor. I would stay far away from this Doctor and his staff.

No words can truly depict what Dr. Nemani has done for me. He gave me hope when I was initially experiencing symptoms of MS. Over the past 18 yrs he has provided me with exceptional medical care. You are not just a condition or another patient, he cares about the patient. From Chicago, I have met with many neurologists with U of C and Northwestern. Yes they're knowledgeable & accomplished, but none of them were able to help prevent my MS from progressing, but Dr. Nemani did

If you are referred to Dr Nemani, I recommend you find someone else immediately. Poor patient communication, gave no information, ran numerous tests but gave no information on results or diagnosis. His staff is rude and condescending. Spend your time and money with a dr who cares because Dr Nemani does not.
