Was referred to Dr. Rajjoub and a few others in order to be cleared for a procedure I was having. Was put through a barrage of tests that were totally unnecessary, and prescribed Singulair that I didn't need (Never had asthma or an allergy in my life). Stopped taking it a few months later because there was no symptom that I was treating...Now I've had a series of sinus infections and ear infections FOR MONTHS that antibiotics and steroids won't touch. I don't ever leave negative reviews for anything, but this doctor has not only caused me total frustration, my immune system (formerly rock solid) is now compromised and I've spent a fortune seeing doctors and urgent care clinics trying to get some sort of relief for allergies that I never had before. I waited forever to see him and then was in with him for a total of 10 mins. He didn’t listen to my concerns or anything. He kept pushing for a sleep study even though I was there for something that I know didn’t need that. I had 2 appts with him and both times he gave me different diagnoses. I honestly do not think he knows what he is doing.

Didn't go in, waited in car while my Maa went in .. She is happy with the place and I'm fine with that ...

He is an expert at his field. He answered all my questions and concerns.

He won't order my bypap still waiting for them it been 4 month and he expects me to use it when I can't get my supply eather

They are awesome.

The office staff here is friendly, punctual and the office itself is spotless. The nurses are efficient and helpful. More importantly, Dr.Rajjoub is easily the best doctor I’ve ever been to. He really listens and takes you seriously, explains things thoroughly in a way you can understand, and seeks out answers. He takes notes on everything you tell him, and seems to genuinely care about his patients’ wellbeing. If you’re looking for a doctor or having trouble getting help elsewhere, this is the place to go. Dr office is a wreck. No organization. I took a sleep study in lab test there several months ago and now they won’t return my calls. They just put me on hold and eventually hang up. Very rude trashy people.

Seen Dr Rajjoub recently. Great Doc.! Pleasant staff. Receptionist was very helpful with the take home sleep study.

He has been right there no matter what and to find a doctor that has a staff and one that dont just leason bot hears you. If you are looking for a lung dr you should CALL ON THIS STAFF AND THE GREATEST DOCTOR I have.

I have lived with having difficulties for 3 years with having lung nodules and swollen hilar lymph node. I have been to 4 other pulmonologist that just look at me say I'm fine and send me on my. Dr. Rajjoub has been my unanswered prayer. He has worked and research what was really going on with me and actually gave me answers. I dont know where I would be today if it was for dr. Rajjoubs help and listening to me. Also plus side is his staff are excellent and great to get along with. Any issue I have when I call they are right on it. They are friendly and compassionate with a funny bone in them. In the worst of bad news they are there for support. I couldn't recommend a better pulmonologist. Waited for an hour and a half past my appointment time and only spent maybe 10 minutes with him. I found him to be very rude, and the staff to be that way as well....they act like they don’t care.

Dr. Rajjoub listens to my concerns and always has helpful advice. He was able to treat my sarcoidosis when other doctors had not familiarity.

I have been seeing Dr. Rajjoub for a long time and he is wonderful

He is a expert in his field. He takes care of the issues and explain things in easy way. I highly recommend him to anyone. Great doctor and person.

The best doctor. He has excelent bedside manner and he put you at ease. He explains the medical condition well. He answred my questions very well. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Rajoob gives me hope I can be helped with my four sleep disorders.After my other doctors. Said they couldn't do anymore for me and I must live with the resulting issues from this illness. Working with Dr.Rajoob to see what he can do to help me with these conditions.He is smart,knowledgeable and patient as well as kind.I reccomed Dr. Rajoob to friends that I know who may benefit from his services. The doctor himself is a very nice man with a good bedside manner. That being said, his staff as a whole are unfriendly, and some are down right rude. Very rude. They were disrespectful to my elderly father, and I later heard one staff member complaining about him to other patients in the waiting room. Unprofessional! So although I like the doctor, over 50% of your contact is with members of his staff. And it totally not worth the poor treatment you receive.

The wait to see him is almost 90 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment. Then you are him for 10 min.

Husband is hard to please when it comes to doctors but this doctor has pinpointed and has got Robert to where he needs to be so we are pleased that he is his doctor and for the changes he has helped made in his life

He and his staff were very nice and very easy to talk to. I would recommend giving him at least a visit.

Went to one appointment. They said they would contact me within two weeks. This did not happen so I called them and they said they would get back and they did not so I called again and finally after a few days they got back and said that they were waiting on insurance approval and would get back with me the following Monday which they did not and have not. Also When made my first visit, I paid them my copay and still they are trying to charge me again for that same copay.

Complete joke. He saw me twice, I paid in full, and he tells me I need to go to Health Access because I'm self-pay. He was very rude and the appointment was unnecessary. I didn't need to pay $150 to be dropped quite rudely. He could have told me this over the phone (or not accepted me at all) and saved me time and money.
