Been a satisfied patient of Dr Waters for about 26 yrs. Don't foresee any change in that unless she retires.

The actual dentist isn't bad, however the hygienist that clean your teeth are very bad. I've never had such a bad experience. I was talked down to and treated like a child that need scolded. They hurt my gums so bad that I had to take pain medication for two days. Even when I said that they were hurting and obviously was wincing while they worked, they told me it was my fault it hurt. I would never recommend this dental office to anyone. Ever.

Dr Waters and staff are consistently an example of professionalism coupled with a small town familiarity. Ruidoso is fortunate to have a Dentist and staff of their standard of excellence.

Love the customer service and flexibility. I've called twice to reschedule appointments and they've been able to on both occasions. I appreciate that very much!

Outstanding dentist! You can tell Dr. Waters cares about her patients, and she performs excellent work. She fixed a failed filling for me some months back, and to this day I have no pain or discomfort. It took me years to find a decent dentist in my former state, and I feel extremely lucky to have visited Dr. Waters on my first dental visit in New Mexico. Low wait times, excellent teeth cleaning hygienists. Dr. Waters has helped me surgically several times, and I've been using her services exclusively for ten plus years. No problems! Always nervous about picking a new dentist after moving. Doctor Waters turned out to be a great choice. Staff very cordial and professional. Office runs on time. Charges very reasonable. Dr Waters takes the time to explain anything she finds from cleaning and inspection. I was very satisfied with the work she had to do to grind down my molar and refill the void. Gentle and patient.
