Dr. Salman Malik

In the past few years I've need two extractions, one with bone graft. The first one was in his Salem office and the most recent (2 weeks ago) was in Longonderry. Both procedures went well. I can't say enough good about Dr. Malik and his staff. They're caring, competent and take the time to explain everything.

HE DAMAGED MY NERVES AND SAID I WOULD GET USE TO LIVING WITH IT! I was referred to Dr Malik for wisdom teeth removal. They told me evaluation visit should have been covered by insurance, got a $100 bill for the visit saying I was not covered. At the same visit they talked me into getting a CT scan done to see my nerves locations so during the surgery there would be less chance of nerve damage. $375 out of pocket! Ended up with significant nerve damage anyway and can't go after him because I signed a form that doesn't allow me to. He told me I would get use to it or he could refer me for more surgery to fix the damage. Get use to nerve damage? Like it's a completely normal thing that happens after his surgeries? Yikes! Four months after the visit I get another bill from the surgery for $104 with no explanation of why I owe more money. They clearly don't know how to work with insurances if they keep having to bill the patients for their miscalculated estimates. As for professionalism,

As for professionalism, it's a serious, quiet atmosphere, nothing is explained well and I definitely feel like they just want to nickel and dime you. Save your wallets and do your research people. I was referred from Haas Dental, they will be hearing about my experience in hopes that they stop referring to this sketchy place.

Beware! I would give no stars if it were possible. This was the worst experience I have ever had from a provider. When I called the office to book the appointment, the person was very helpful and friendly. We arrived for the appointment and waited in total over an hour and 15 minutes. At one point, I left the room to approach the receptionist and said we were going to leave and she immediately said "Oh, the dentist will be right in". He was...10 minutes later. He overbooks himself and is all about making money not patient care. After our abysmal visit, I got a bill for $174 - ridiculous. I should have heeded the warnings and didn't. Find a better provider - not this one.

Wonderful staff. Son got all 4 Wisdom Teeth removed . Super recovery , no pain or complications . Dr. Malik and staff very attentive and skilled!

Dr. Malik took really care of me. Explained in detail about the process. I needed two wisdom teeth removed. Procedure was painless (had some swelling) and quick. Follow ups were convenient and quick. Great staff, really made me feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

As a health care professional, I am particular with my care- Dr Malik's skill, expertise, sterile technique were perfect. I was in a difficult situation when a fractured tooth was unable to be removed by my dentist-Dr Malik saw me immediately. He patiently explained in detail what his plan was, goals and expectations. My discharge information was excellent, provided verbally and written- Jen his assistant was awesome providing reassurance, education and excellent technique. Highly recommend!

Both Dr Malik and his office staff were incredible. They made a very anxiety ridden day much more bearable. Go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and leave without any questions or concerns

Very thorough! You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and his work. He makes surgeries as comfortable as possible! Highly recommend!

I recently had Dr. Malik perform an Oral surgical procedure and I was very pleased and satisfied with his performance, The entire experience from scheduling with his competent and friendly staff went exceedingly well. His level of experience inspires total confidence in the outcome of the procedure.

Got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Malik, only remeber him putting in my IV and then taking it out. Didnt even need the pain meds he prescribed, didnt feel a thing afterwards. Excellent surgeon, highly recommended. Staff was extremely curteous as well. Made a difficult experience much more manageable.

Would highly reccomend. Staff and overall experience was outstanding.

My family has been going to Dr. Malik for years! My children have had baby teeth removed, wisdom teeth removed and frenectomies. All surgeries have been fully explained and have gone well, without complications and with quick recovery periods. Dr. Malik is direct and to the point (which I appreciate), and his staff is always friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend Dr. Malik and the excellent staff of Granite State Oral Sugery. I've had an implant and my wisdom teeth removed. All phases of the various operations went as explained with great results. Dr. Malik and staff were always available to answer questions and provide expert advice.

I cracked a molar and my dentist referred me here. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The extraction and implant was difficult (not very straight-forward) due to the location of the tooth and root (according to my dentist and Dr Malik).

My experience with Dr. Malik was great. I had two wisdom teeth extracted and he and his staff were great about explaining my options and were happy to compute what I would spend out of pocket for a few different options (sedation, GS, novocaine). The actual procedure went incredibly quickly and Dr. Malik and his staff were very kind and helpful asI came out of sedation. I would definitely recommend Dr. Malik.
