Horrible practice now. Used to come here as a child. The dentist was very impatient with my special needs son. I informed him before he began what my son’s issues were.

Went to a dentist in East meadow (who shall remain nameless) who gave me a long laundry list of what I needed done, totaling around $20,000. Went back to levittown dental (who I had been going to for 10 years; only switched because my new insurance allowed prettier offices), and all I needed done were 2 cavities. I temped at this office years ago .the front desk women were catty,cruel, phony, n would tear down there fellow staff n patients. Sad .

Idiots in this practice. I said I needed wisdom teeth removed, they said no, that was 2 months ago. Now Im pregnant, in pain & there's nothing I can do. The new hygienist is great though. WAY better than the old one.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office today. Apparently, they overbooked for this afternoon, and, when my 17 year old daughter arrived at 4pm for her appointment, which was scheduled for 4pm, the receptionist insisted that the appointment had been for 3:45 and would not allow my daughter to be seen. I called and informed the receptionist that I had both a text message from the office as well as a printed card showing that the time was 4pm, but she insisted it was 3:45.

I've been coming here for over 10 years along with both of my parents .. I see Dr Hom and I have been very happy with his expertise and kindness towards me over the years. The staff has also been wonderful.

I had a cavity filled in this place and the service was awful. The dentist Malkin told me he saw a "pinhole size" cavity in my tooth and wanted to just touch the tooth a bit to get it out. Instead he drilled into my entire tooth and destroyed the natural anatomy of the tooth. When he put the filling it put it completely flat. Now I have a tooth that looks completely different from other teeth and has even lost some of it's function. I was very displeased with the service. This guy has great bedside manner but his dental capabilities are lacking!!! I would seriously recommend to go elsewhere! Read the previous review and I had the same experience twice! The very first time they gave me an appointment when I called to schedule a cleaning. Sat me down took xrays and the doctor did a 2 min check up. After that I was sent on my way and told to schedule another appointment for my cleaning. On my second visit, a few months later, I called and specifically asked for a cleaning appointment. Told them it needed to get done before leaving on a trip; took the day off. These people did the same thing as the first visit. Totally unacceptable, looking for a new dentist now. Read the previous review and I had the same experience twice!
