I go to her clinic in castlewood VA you will you will really see the same nurse practitioner in this place not only that I went there and it was a nurse practitioner by the last name Bush she refused after wellness care to talk about anything because according to her or should I was there what was for a wellness check of anything else that was bothering or hurting me I would have to wait to the next visit at that I told her I would be out of my medication what should I do they called her and she said nothing I had to see her in 30 days mind you I’m on 300 mg of antidepressant medicine and she wouldn’t refill any of my medicines high blood pressure breathing not even my depression medicine I cannot believe they legally do this when we all know it’s not right unless you’re dying I have nowhere else to go I suggest you go somewhere else because if you’re treating this badly after being at the clinic for over 25 years I cannot imagine what it be like for anybody else trying to get any help in a place like that you I go to her clinic in castlewood VA you will you will really see the same nurse practitioner in this place not only that I went there and it was a nurse practitioner by the last name Bush she refused after wellness care to talk about … More

If they didn't have computer to tell them what to do you are in bad shape. Let me suffer for months even with Mri . would not take my dog there. One has to lie to them to get any help and I know that for a fact.
