I'm sorry I don't have any pictures. The Entrance, is the only complaint I'd have. It's not well marked. But once you make it inside, everyone is nice and glad to assist you. My doctor has been helping me with a cervical stenosis. He walked me through the whole process my first time there, but that was right as the holidays were going to start in 2022. I messed everything up by not squeezing physical therapy in amongst everything else that was going on during busy holiday season. Plus the one time I had my son and daughter out to get their "new" glasses! Holiday traffic just about did me in; 1) a driver had pulled out into on coming traffic to turn left. 2) I was part of on coming traffic in the front line and stopped. But I had all the cars behind me that might be able to see the car in traffic. 3) If I were to be rear ended, I would become an instant quadriplegic because of damage to my "cervical stenosis," which could kill me. 4) I saw an opening to go around the car still sitting in traffic. 5) Turned on to my street, the car in front suddenly stopped for no apparent reason! I made the stop but what about the cars behind me? 6) Finally got past that tangle and were just a block from home. I was shaky when I walked through the door. 7) The doctor had reminded me that any fall, or accident could be the end of regular life for me. He's still better than the doctor at Arrowhead that yelled at me to shut up! Never go there! They are blood suckers all of them! They don't care what they do to you.

Walking in the door and being greeted was a nice welcome. Paperwork was simple and non repetitive. Meeting Dr Parmar was very personable and very easy to talk to. He spoke straight to me and not the computer screen while reviewing my scan. Dr Parmar gave me more information than any other surgeon I’ve ever spoke to. My appointment was definitely NOT a hurry up and see you next time appointment. It was very through and many options were give to ME to make the decision on what best for my overall condition. I look forward to my next appointment and moving forward. Thank you to Dr Parmar and his staff.

My experience was a positive one. I was impressed because I didn’t have to wait a long time in the waiting room. The doctor was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was referred to Loma Linda due to my medical history and the office staff was helpful in getting my records sent over.

BEWARE, I don't recommend this clinic either their doctor due to lack of professionalism, FIRST, they charge you for every single minute you're in the waiting/examination room where the doctors examine, and talk to you, even if the doctor is not there, or tells you to think about a procedure, you'll be billed every single minute this is ridiculous and outrageous as a patient, and the WORST they took me to surgery last year and I still have the same pain without hearing my inquiries about what I feel, Surgeon Doctor didn't care, he did what gets most for him a 20K surgery with lots of unexpected charges, fees, and more and I don't feel they care about their patients just you'll be charged for every single minute, staff is rude and only care to send you your Huge bill even if you have a great or platinum insurance.
