Dr. Chen is vastly informative, patient, and compassionate.

Receptionist is very rude & unprofessional

not professional, cannot proceed procedures well, such as shock was lithotripsy procedure needs several times to be done. never visit him again.

I called for renal colic and they expedited my appointment and was able to see doctor same day and treatment started immediately. Anyone who has kidney stones knows how grateful one is to see the urologist right away. I'm grateful for their compassion and efficiency.

While he's not very personable at first, Dr Chen does become friendly after several visits. He's very thorough, which some people may not like when they come in with a specific problem and does lots of varied tests. The office is often crowded, so much so that the wait can be well over an hour. But the staff is pleasant and helpful, and I have come to like Dr. Chen very much. He's an old fashioned, all business doctor, but I truly feel that he cares about my well-being.
