I haven't had the chance to meet Dr. Wilson, but Dr. Blaise is great. He's really the only reason I still bother coming here. Another doctor here, female, intentionally switched whcih birth control IIIIII wanted, and filled the one she was trying to force on me. I went in for a referral to the Derm and some allergy medication. Was told about one med. to pick up. When I went to pick it up, there were two. I went back a month later for a refill and asked the pharmacist why I needed both and he said the docter should have never gave me both and that they were dangerous to mix. On top of that, my referral never came through the mail. They never do. So you have no clue where to go and when you can. I've never received a referral until I demand one before I leave the office. Again, only had one good doctor here. The office staff at the front desk however, is very rude and unhelpful 9/10 times. They never know how to answer basic questions and will straight out ignore incoming calls. I've seen them talk and ignore calls. Additionally, my referrals, prescriptions and pharmacy seem to always get screwed up. I don't know of that's the front desk ladies job or the doctors but I'm tired of wasting time and gas to pick up medications or referrals that aren't even there. From my understanding, this is a rotating office so there's always new doctors and staff?? Still no excuse to drop the ball every. Single. Visit. Don't waste your time... Dr Wilson goes above and beyond to take care of his patients. Returns calls when the staff gives him the messages. He makes sure you understand your diagnosis and explains what needs to be done. I would recommend his services.

Everything was great the Dr number one and the Staff.

I have received the best care possible with the doctor and the nurse practitioner here at this office. And all the people who work with them are very caring, patient, professional people.

Dr Wilson has attitude & personality problems. Don't want to prescribe the medicines for you. When you're truly needed. Even said It's gonna be expensive???? The insurance company paid for it not the Dr Wilson. Don't know how to read lab tests results. Even argued with you the results are in the range 30 to 100. The Average is 65. He said Average is 30. You don't need medicine. Wrong!!!!Wrong!!!! Total cholesterol inside has 6 different categories in it. Don't read your LDL & triglyceride to prescribe the medicines for you. Keep saying you're OK but you're not with high LDL & triglyceride. The bottom line Dr. Wilson is very greedy, cheap & selfish about medicines when insurance company paid for it not him. If I can give them no stars I would. The doctor is wonderful but the staff is the downfall. They don’t know how to communicate probably any type of paperwork takes 2 weeks or more to be done. Dr. Wilson is not only patient but spends as much time answering all questions and concerns for my mother Enilda S. He and his staff are always polite and caring. Anytime there may be a concern or question they are always willing to help. Dr. Wilson is very compassionate and takes care of my mother to the highest. Janice, his front desk is always polite and kind when needing to set an appointment or answer any questions or anything really, she’s always there. I have always loved coming to this office, the way they care for my mother, is how every office should treat there patients, it’s rare to see this care in this day and time. I wish I could put a half a point. The NP sees the patients mostly not Samuel Wilson and they are the worst! They refused to help my son who has long term covid because we ask too many questions and they get approval to be nurses in the USA and yet they are uneducated, have no manners and are stupid! We pay for their big houses! For what? To pass pills?? They should not be in the medical field and the staff hung up on me 8 times! Sooooo unprofessional!

Don't want to give you medicines. Insurance pay for not him. When you're truly needed. If I can put zero Star. Don't follow up your lab work. That's why he didn't even know you have new diseases. He already got 1 warning from Medical Board for not discuss & follow up with a patient pulmonary disease. Office people are mean & rude. Nothing gets it done.

I do not recommend this place for anybody. Originally thought doctor was great been waiting for over a month for paperwork to be filled out it's always the same excuse he hasn't gotten to it yet they show how important the patients really are. Front staff is the worst It like you're always bugging them when you ask him for anything.

He was very sweet and did a complete physical on me with out leaving out any details. I was more then satisfied with my visit. The staff was very nice, helpful and happy.

Doctor Wilson is by far the best doctor I have had the pleasure of meeting. Doctor Wilson and his staff could not of been anymore efficient. I like Dr. Wilson. He's very personable and kind. Office staff are great.

Dr seems very nice and caring. Front staff is nice. Referral coordinator takes forever to get auth, and Dr has forgotten to submit for a referral for me recently.

I had a great experience today with dr. Wilson!! Janice was very helpful as well. I saw all the bad reviews and I understand that everyone has a different experience but I personally found them to be very caring and helpful. Never saw Dr Wilson, just his PA's and nurse. Between th misdiagnosises. PA sais I had "mites" and prescribed medication my ins wouldn't cover to the tune of $250. Found out It was the laundry soap I was using! And diagnosised I had arthritis and prescribed uncoated ibuprofen 800mg. Which made my stomach bleed and zonked me out ( too high dosage) when I had broken my finger, which was causing my joint to swell. To hour waits to see PA . and wrong referrals. I'd skip Dr Wilson and get another Dr

Can't leave a negative number so I gave it one star. WORST medical office I have ever been to. In 2 yrs I was never seen by Dr. Wilson, not even as a new patient. You would think he would at least want to meet the people the PA's treat. I requested to see him after several problems with staff and was given the run around for over 2 hrs, literally taken around from one room to the next to wait, then told by a mgr. that he was not avail. Horrible receptionists -rude. STEER CLEAR IF YOU CAN!

Far beyond unprofessional and rude. Every single one in there has the same attitude and unwillingness.

Staff is not very helful. Can never get an apointment within a week or two. Patients are not offered any alternatives. Just seems like hurry up and get off the line.

Staff was very Professional, Dr. Wilson was professional, very courteous.

Horrible office staff, lousy customer service skills, and changes in policies without notifying patients. I can't wait to drop this medical group. Don't bother with them. Last appointment tment I had I requested a referral and still haven't received it in the mail. Daneisha offered no help on another issue I had and the front office staff sucks.

This is the worst Doctor's office you can ever be subjected to... it's not the Doctor or the Nurse Practitioner, it's the office staff. It took them 4 months to get authorization from my insurance for my husband's meds because they kept filling it out wrong! Total lack of professionalism, "the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing", and the staff are liars. If you call in a refill and leave a message on their machine (as instructed) it will be ignored and they will claim they never got it. Oh, and if you have to have an appointment to get your refill, you won't be told until after you show up to pick it up... and then the appointment will be a couple weeks later. They are constantly misplacing paperwork, filling out paperwork wrong so it isn't billed correctly, and they lie to cover each other's backs. Go somewhere else! Doctor has no time for patients who desperately need help. Will not put referrals through, will not fill papers out correctly, has not made an effort to obtain records from specialists so when we show up for results and wondering progress, they postpone, they tell us nothing more can be done, or always saying just go to pain management, and then they threaten to hold back prescriptions needed to keep afloat even before the problem has been found. Inhumane people, garbage attitudes all around. They threaten they will drop us as a patient because we exclaim frustration over the lack of care. I don't know how these people sleep at night they carry horrible attitudes towards the people who need help. Please save your time and avoid this dump. I cant really complain about Dr Wilson because I've been to Dr. Wilsons office several times and have yet to meet him. They always refer me to their PA. If your waiting for a referral you can forget it. After a month I still don't have it and even tho I left a message 4 days ago, they have not returned my call. The person that does referrals really needs some lessons in customer service. I will be changing Drs.

the girl at the front desk was very rude. she acted like she didn't want to deal with anything. before I went down there to the office I called them on the phone the telling them there was a mix-up on my medication the doctor prescribed to me. the doctor that originally prescribed the medication to me was dr. Makani. When dr. Makani prescribe the medication to me he told me to take one pill twice a day. The new dr. Prescribed one pill a day. it is so hard to get them to do anything for you

I have been to this practice since 2005. The first few yrs were great, I would usually see the PA which is fine if they are competent. However the quality of care and the knowledge of the PA's have gone down significantly. When I know more medical terminology than they do, we have a serious problem. Now I am looking for a new primary physician.

Had a follow up with this Dr on the 03/14/16 due to me having to go to emergency on 03/09/16. Had a follow up with in 2-3 days prior to the emergency visit. They could not see me. Went to my follow up on 03/14/16 wait time was about 25 minutes. Checked 03/25/16 to see if my referral went threw. The clerk said it was pending and to call 03/28/16 called 03/28/16 and it was never submitted and there was never no notations. Very unorganized also wait time for everything is extremely long.

This office is terrible. I have 5 appts with the nurse practitioner despite setting the appt with Dr. Wilson. The staff will tell you anything to get rid of you. You can never get anyone on the phone and they will not return calls. This office is exceptional at neglecting patients not caring for them. I had enough when I was called with a reminder for an appt and asked to speak to someone with additional questions and the woman hung up on me.
