Smart, caring and attentive. Dr. Hanafi listens to what I have to say and patiently tells me exactly what the ailment is and the fix to it. Seriously I was sad that I had lost my previous PCP after 25 years and after going thru a couple of other physicians instantly took a liking to Dr. Hanafi and have been extremely happy with her.

Great attitude! She was a good listener. I came with a problem of plantar fasciitis and she diagnosed very quickly and recommended some exercises and medication. My feet are now recovered! Keep up the good work!

I recommend going somewhere else. She acts like she listens, but she tells you to do something that you previously stated that you can't do. If you got pain don't go to her, if you have anxiety, don't go to her. She will not help at all. Well, she will give you aspirin for after your surgery. To sum it up, She doesn't care about her patients, AT ALL.

Really surprised by all of the other negative reviews becuz i had a nice experince wth dr hanfi. She is really nice and explaned everything in detail.

She helped in diagnosis of my disease which other doctors missed for almost 10 years. Highly recommend.

After having to switch from an amazing doctor to her, she is incompetent in comparison. She seems more concerned with her own ideas than listening to the patient. I had severe eczema for years and was finally prescribed an ointment by a dermatologist and then continued that treatment plan with my previous PCP (once she left the practice, I was assigned Hanafi). My skin has been great on the ointment as maintance and yet when I was assigned Hanafi, she thought she knew better than the dermatologist and the previous PCP who prescribed it, and refused to properly fill it. I finally got an appointment with her a week later and by then, my skin had returned to red, dry, itchy, and open and she had the NERVE to say, "It appears you have uncontrolled eczema" and finally refilled what was working. Fast forward a year, to now, and I'm in the same exact position with her as before. She wants to fix what isn't broken and has spent zero time even listening to me. I've dealt with this eczema for years, saw multiple doctors who found a solution, and she thinks she knows best, but uses the secretaries to let me know I will not be continuing the proven effective treatment (that is not their fault, they are just the messengers). As a final note, and as a reminder, we are speaking of SKIN OINTMENT, not narcotics or any other unreasonable treatment medications. We are talking about a skin cream. Unwilling to spend time listening to her patients. Refuses to continue proven effective treatments in favor of her own ideas, even when she doesn't have the experience to make that decision. Makes a root canal look like Disney World.

Dr. Hanafi comes in the office plugs in her lap top computer and asks a few questions. She often does not even touch the patient or look at the issue, but make a medical determination from what you explain. In this case a child was having issues with his rectum. She automatically diagnosed him with hemorroids but never took a look at the problem. When followed up with another physician because it did not get better we were informed he did not and never had a problem with hemorroids, but rather had a large lump with fluid. Poor diagnosis, did not take the time to examine the patient!!! In addition, her response is always to get more bloodwork.. it never ends!

Dr. Hanafi is an intellegent and brillant doctor, and I am sad to have to change her as my sons physician . Due to today experience with the nurses in the facility. I was treated with disrespect and all I wanted was to have my son be seen because he was not feeling well, and the nurse refused to give me an appointment. Shame on them my son trusted them as his doctor, I trusted them to care for my son. Dr. Hanafi is an intellegent and brillant doctor, and I am sad to have to change her as my sons physician .
