The office was very professional and made me feel at ease.

Sandra and her staff made our visit so welcoming. She has considered all of the safety measures. She spoke to my daughter with respect and caring. Listening all of them interact with their clients and themselves was such a pleasant experience. After we left, my 12 y.o. Dr Chang and her staff were absolutely wonderful, professional, and highly skilled. We had a very urgent situation and she was able to get us in the day we called as a new patient. We are so very grateful for all she did to help our family.

Because of a procedure, I had 30 years ago I had a phobia about going to the dentist. But, an emergency happens and I had to get some teeth extracted. Dr. Chang and Jordan through their extraordinary dentist chair conversations, I knew everything pertaining to the procedure and even the cause of some other problems. The procedure was done with such skill that I didn't feel any pain during or after, and it's been 7 hours. Thank you Dr. Chang for curing not only my phobia, my dental emergency and giving me some education to use that was life-saving. Great Job Indeed!! Awesome dental professional!

Truly an artisan at her craft! If you were referred to Dr Chang for care you are in expert hands. Bone grafts for your jawbone are not transplanted from your own bone but from material mixed with growth factors. I did not experience any pain during my surgery as Dr Chang rubs a numbing gel into your gum before injecting the anesthetic. So I didn’t even know when she inserted the needle into my gums to inject the anesthetic before performing the surgery. She is familiar with the major oral surgeons and orthodontists in the Ann Arbor area. This office exemplifies the model of professional staff, and they all work as a team with each person carrying out their role well. The dental hygienist is very good and gives excellent instructions for caring for your teeth, and postop care. You will be grateful that you were referred to Dr Chang’s office.

Dr. Chang complained to her assistants about the dentists office that referred me to her while performing the procedure on me. I thought it unprofessional to do this during oral surgery.

I love Dr. Carr! I have been going to her office for the last twenty years. I liked Dr. Wunderlich (who has since retired out of the same office), but I have had most of my contact with Dr. Carr. She is nice, a great dentist and I would recommend her to anyone!. I have gotten two implants and I couldn't be happier with the service.

Really nice place .Dr Chang makes you feel really comfortable throughout the procedure ,she is amazing . The dental assistant ,and all the other staff is really nice there ,very professional and helpful.I highly recommend this place .

Love Dr Sandra. She's empathetic and competent, and a terrific person. She really takes care of you and sees you as a person. Her staff are also wonderful, kind and caring. Highly, HIGHLY, recommend her.

I've never met a 'Dr.' as rude as her. I'll never go back. She's called me THREE TIMES to cancel appointments, within 24 hours, but when I did the same ONE TIME, I got charged for it! I asked her about her 3 times calling me at the last minute, where once I was actually driving there, and she just smiled.
