Dr. Sandra Fowler

I have known Dr. Fowler for over 20 years. I started seeing her when she was located right off N. Potomac street, followed her to Walnut St. Then over to Meritus. She really took the time to not only get to know my medical issues, but to really get to know me. She always took the time to explain everything and make sure I understood my options. When I found out last November that she would no longer be practicing at Meritus, I was heartbroken. Last year I had a medical emergency where Dr.Fowler saved my life. She sent me for a second opinion with a great obgyn and they worked together to save me and they did. They didn't create my medical emergency it was done by another doctor which is all documented. When your doctor responds to your messages quickly and goes the extra mile your know you have the best and I did. She was let go from her practice due to budget cuts and now her many patients such as myself are left without a great doctor. When I found this out I came home and cried like a baby. So sad to see Dr. Fowler leave Robinwood family practice there is no other doctor like her she took her time with her patients and she understood you she is the best Doctor I ever had and I wish I knew what DR office she went to .I wish her all the best in her future

Dr. Fowler is the best physician I have dealt with in many years. She goes above and beyond for her patients. I would highly recommend her to everyone I know.

Excellent, best doctor in the area? Takes the time to treat the whole patient. Makes sure the patient understands their medical issues! Follow up with her patients with phone calls. I sure hope the family practice what a gem they have.

Not only does Dr. Fowler take care of your needs during the visit, but she always makes sure to ask how you're doing, if you need additional assistance with anything and she always makes you feel like you're her only patient. I have never had a doctor that I enjoyed visiting so much. She is literally the best out there. She makes me feel comfortable, I can tell her anything and she always gives amazing advice about my treatment plan, even if it's just a normal follow-up. She is so personable that she literally has me laughing at every visit and she's the only doctor I've ever looked forward to seeing, solely based on her infectious attitude, humor and professionalism. If more doctors were like her, the healthcare industry would be amazing. I’m Blessed that Dr. Fowler is My Primary Care Physician! She has Supported me with Breast Cancer, and other Health issues. Dr. Fowler is thorough, informative and the Most Compassionate Medical Doctor I’ve known. Loudly I applaud Meritus for allowing Me to have such a Caring Professional!

I think Dr. Fowler is one of the best ones that I have known for 30 years. She not only finds every everything wrong with you but see makes sure you're cured. Very personal with every patient...

She is the best. Dr. Fowler cares about her patients. She is not always on schedule and you will most likely have to wait but her knowledge, attention to details and dedication to her patients makes it worth the wait. I literally trust her 100% with my health.

Very caring and to the point. Goes above and beyond for the patient. Answers all questions and trys to resolve all issues. She is one of the nicest doctor you could ever wish for.

Very unhelpful and unknowledgeable when I called to set up an appointment I was shutdown told me they weren't taking new patients and when I ask to a referral of who was I was told no clue

Dr. Foster is one of the best doctors I've ever been to. She is an excellent listener with good instincts. She is thorough, compassionate, and personable.

Love Dr. Fowler! She runs a little behind but that doesn't bother me because she gives me the same time and care as everyone else! She personally called me and talked to me the night my mom past away for an hour. Its hard to find a Dr that has that much compassion and care for her pts. You don't get better than Dr. Fowler!! Everything you want in a DOCTOR, I found in her 17 years ago when she started caring for my "miracle" daughter. I say she is #1.
