Sandra Denise Rodriguez

Dr. Rodriguez is so attentive and thorough in her visits with us. We see her every time, not a PA. She is kind to my kids and easy to understand. Her staff is amazing! The nurses are always sweet and Kris at the front desk is the best! Will take my kids to Dr. Rodriguez as long as she is practicing and in the area.

We have been with Dr Rodriguez for 12 years and I can't say enough how much me and my kids love her. She has a very kind heart and truly cares about her patients. Miss Kris is always sweet and prepared for us as soon as we walk in the door. And her nurse Melissa is great with my kiddos, they just love her. We are definitely happy with all 3 of them.

Where to begin….. this doctors office has a tremendous problem answering the phones. In order to get someone to answer the phones you have to call about 10 times periodically throughout the day. Once you get sweet Kris on the phone she will “leave a message” for the nurse only to never have any further action take place to help get your problem resolved. Kris was out for a full week and had someone fill in for her, during that week my wife called to get some medicine refilled and was upset with the lack of answering that takes place in the office. So she told the fill in that we would not be returning to this doctors office. Apparently it upset the fill in to the point that the prescription never got called in. When I called the next week and Kris was back she stated that my wife and the fill in didn’t get along so the medication was never called in. The simple fact that the fill in didn’t get along with my wife shouldn’t mean we don’t get our medication called in to help our sick kid. Shame on this doctors office for the behavior of their staff. Please read this review and take it to heart. Do not use this office with the idea that your child will be taken care of because ours was not. The simple needs like answering the phone or having a good attitude with a stressed parent who just wants medication for her child are not taken care of what so ever.

We have been taking our girls to Dr. Rodriguez for years, and we absolutely love her and her staff. They really care here! We love yall! :)

Dr. Rodriguez is a wonderful pediatrician. There isn’t a question that I’ve asked that she doesn’t have an answer or solution to. As a new mom four years ago, everything was scary but not once did she ever make me feel like my concerns were irrational. She’s always made my child feel confident and excited to go to the doctor even when she’s sick and not feeling well. Kris and Dr. Rodriguez are the best team and we can’t imagine going anywhere else. Very unprofessional and unorganized office staff. If you want to go somewhere where the front desk can’t even differentiate your child from another child go here. Then even when they are wrong they don’t even apologize, they act like it didn’t happen. Oh also they tell you one thing but do another so you can not trust there word either! Will be removing my child from this office and finding another PCP that’s more professional and organized. Very unprofessional and unorganized office staff. This Doctors office is ignorent when it comes to paperwork on your child for any out in town care. I highly recommend looking for other pediatricians in the area. Last year (2019) they took 2-3 months just to get the paperwork right so our kid could get the care he needed. This year (2020) they took almost 2 weeks to sign a paper that was sent to them not once, but twice. Also Dr. Rodriguez doesn't really tend to her patients, her nurse is the one who deals with you. We ended up switching Pediatricians and this office apparently got their feelings hurt and sent a discharge letter saying they wish to no longer see our kid as a Patient, after we have already switched to another doctor. If you care about the medical care for your child, it is in your best interest to look beyond this Family Doctor. I absolutely love the staff and dr.Rodriguez she has seen all 3 of my children since they were born

Dr. Rodriguez has been seeing my youngest since he was born. I liked her so much that I moved my other to kids to her office. I highly recommend her, and her staff is amazing as well.

Absolutely love Dr. Rodriguez and all of the staff!! They have been nothing but kind and professional every time we have come in!!!

Dr. Rodriguez is awesome, such a pure heart and puts your child first and gives the best ultimate care you could ask for! So thankful for her and her staff!!

Dr. Rodriguez has taken care of both of my kids since birth, I've never had an issue with her or the staff they always do their best to get them seen if they are sick absolutely love this place they make me and my family feel welcomed always

Dr. Rodriguez isn’t just any dr she is a doctor that cares so much for each patient and their families. She will listen to everything you say and help with all concerns. She won’t rush you out the door. Dr. Rodriguez deserves more then 5 stars.

Been taking both my 3 and 1 yr old since they were born. Little wait time they get us back to be seen quickly. My kids are shy and scared of dr office settings but they enjoy going here!

Dr. Rodriguez has been seeing all 4 of my kids for many years! She is such a caring person. And the staff are so welcoming! Thank you all for doing what is best for the most important loves in my life!!

Dr. Rodriguez AND her staff are AMAZING! We drive 45 min just to have our kids seen by her! We HIGHLY recommend her. We are so glad to have switched to her! VERY PLEASED with this office AND their staff!! They deserve every bit of these 5 STARS!

The office is very poorly run. Expect long delays after appointment times and non-returned phone calls. (Every. Single. Time.) This office obviously runs on large numbers of patients. Always overbooked. It is so bad that we have had to start using the local ER hospital for sick visits than to deal with the headache of this pediatrician. The office is very poorly run. She has taken care of my kids for 9 1/2 years! My kids love her, I love her and she has been a part of our lives for quite awhile.

She's a wonderful doctor an awesome staff. She is the doctor for all 4 of my children

Lovely n very caring Dr!! Shes seen my 8 year old son since he was 2 days old, n my 4 year old as well! Lov3 her, she plays with my boys,cares about their health, befside manner is amazing, I can always call n schedule same day, both boys can be seen at the same time, thanks Dr for all that u do, ur staff is always very sweet n helpful as well. Awesome with my kids, and also explains every single thing, her nurses are also great, love the fact that she asks the parents lots of questions and gets to know more about your kids not just their health.
