Very rude, not helpful. Immediately jumps to say go to a specialist. I don't understand why my DOCTOR can't help me. Isn't that your job?

Unprofessional, unattentive to details, uninformed about names of medical instruments. Did not complete a physical assessment to determine injury after a motor vehicle accident. Had to go for care to another facility to address ankle injury. Very frustrating experience.

Very poor experience with Dr Cox in the ER. Did not appear to know names of medical instruments to name them properly. Offers no physical assessment. Poor beside manner.

Poor bedside manner. Appeared uneducated. Does not provide assessment, prescribed tests but gave no results until asked and did not provide details.

Dr. Cox refused treatment . Found two things wrong had to ER and spend more money to get the right and fair treatment. They sure didnt tell me what I was feeling they believed me when I told them I was hurting and listened . Refused because I have no family that comes to this doctor. Never heard of such a thing I think it was because of color.

She is the most caring Dr and very informative as well as makes sure to take care of a person in all aspects

My daughter has been with her for a while. I think Dr. Cox works great with children and teenage kids. Great listener, and makes you feel comfortable.

She is the worst possible Doctor! I would not sent a sick possum to her! She needs to go back to school and get some bedside manners!!

Dr cox saw me in the emergency room. It was clear from the beginning that she did not want to be there. She had a very bad bedside manner and was judgmental. I was dehydrated, and she did not think iv's would be beneficial for me. I was very sick, and she was not a good Dr and treated me poorly. Shame on her.

Nasty to my husband from day one. He went in because he had a head cold and her first words when she walked into the room was ( I'm not going to prescribe you pain meds) quickly judgemental based on appearance

I'm not a person that goes to the Dr. on a regular basis but when I do Dr. Cox takes good care of me. A little Reserved bed side manner but I'm very outgoing!
