DR. FURR IS A 5 STAR DOCTOR but trying to get an appointment with her is a task.The receptionists that take your call , after being on hold anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes, tells you that someone will call you back. THEY NEVER DO. ANYTHING TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE. Why have a primary physician if you cannot get to see her when you get sick? There is a lack of communication somewhere at that location. Cornerstone has given me the impression that they do not care about their patients anymore. After talking to Sherry(Triage Nurse) I have changed my mind and frustrations about my review. DR. Dr. Furr has been my PCP for years. She moved from Thomasville to High Point. I thought I would stay with the Thomasville office. What a BIG mistake. After a visit or two with them I knew that I was going back to Dr. Furr. She gets to the root of your problem rather then rush you in and out. I WILL NOT go to anyone else, I have learned my lesson/ Dr. Furr is the greatest.
