Thomas Milton Futrell

I’d like to preface this post by saying that I am a frequent internet user, for both business and otherwise, yet I have never left an online review before. The compulsion to leave one here is undeniable, so here goes…The honorable Dr. Futrell, of Thomasville Family Practice, has been my own personal PCP for the better part of the past 32 years. When he retires during the coming new year, it will no doubt leave a huge void, that could never be filled. Not unlike a close family member, he has seen me at my very worst, whether it might be normal, ordinary, unhealthy living, to downright full-blown, rock-bottom, six inpatient facilities, family-destroying, drug addiction. In ALL my of my interactions with the good Doctor, not once has he passed judgement on me, berated me, or in any way made me feel less than. What he did offer, was compassion, a loving caress, and a genuine, sincere prayer for my safe-keeping. This man is truly doing God’s work…and I love him more than words can express.
