Dr. Sigli is simply wonderful. She is professional, skilled and knowledgeable and current with all treatment and procedures. Never have I (or anyone in my family) ever experienced even the slightest discomfort from any procedure. She is a professional God send.

Great doctor she knows what she is doing . She came highly recommended and now I see why. She's definitely my new dentist for now on. The front desk was very polite and helpful the office is extremely clean and she's very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend her to my friend.

Dr. Sigli has been dentist and only dentist for 25 years. I recently visited the office and it was over covid compliant. I trust her judgement completely and I have had to make the decision to do some extensive work. Best part, I have never waited more than 3-5 minutes to be taken. Office is immaculate and staff are friendly. I make the trip from Westchester county with pleasure because doc is just the best for my mouth and teeth! I’ve been coming to Dr. Sigli for over 20 years and she is wonderful and very gentle. When I moved away from Riverdale in 02...I stayed with her for her skill and ability to diagnose dental problems...I highly recommend her!

Made an appointment on ZocDoc, the office rescheduled. I rush from Queens to Riverdale to go on the day it is scheduled for only to find the office was CLOSED. I call the following day and the not so lovely receptionist says "I'm pretty sure they left you a message that the dr was away" - NO, NOBODY LEFT ME A MESSAGE. THIS IS 2019, a voicemail magically didn't come through to my phone if a message was left??? Unbelieveable, and a terrible way of doing business. Will never be making an appointment there again. Do not waste your time. The receptionist, Cardia, was so incredibly unprofessional from the start. After she assured me they accepted my insurance, I received a bill in the mail. I called several times to solve the issue- at one point she said, “this isn’t my problem” and hung up on me. When I went into the office to resolve this billing issue solely caused by her incompetence, Cardia shouted and cursed at me, in front of Dr. Sigli. I’m appalled. Dr. Sigli made excuses for the receptionist’s vile temper and was still unwilling to waive the fee. I agreed to pay half. Upon leaving, the receptionist threw my file on the floor of the waiting room. I have never been treated this way, nor should anyone else. Do not go to this practice. Do not waste your time. If you’re looking for a pleasant experience, look elsewhere. Life’s too short to be subjected to incompetent and aggressive people like this. Just to note, two of the five star reviews are from the Doctor herself. The staff is rude, confrontational, and lack competencies in simple tasks like processing insurance. After my fiancé was told everything was in order, she was repeatedly sent an incorrect bill, not called back, and hung up on. Upon going into the office again to address the issue, we were both verbally berated by an aggressive and rude secretary (Cardia) before the dentist literally had to step outside with us so we could resolve the issue. Before leaving, our file was thrown on the floor, which is a fitting summary of the level of professionalism here. If you’re looking for a pleasant experience, look elsewhere. I have it a 2 because the other female was nice but the other receptionist was confrontational and rude. I think she needs a hug. The place across the street is cheaper anyways and they do a better job

I have been a patient of Dr. med. Sigli for more than 9 years and I'm totally satisfied. She has always medicated me great. Likewise the practice and the secretaries as well as dental assistants are always friendly and very competent. I have never had any problems with scheduling either spontaneously or months in advance. I made appointment for 3 pm they called me back saying 3pm is not available. Then I changed it to 1pm . They called me back again the day before my appointment try to reschedule it again. I called them back tell them I can not reschedule this time. Then they called me 1 hour before my appointment saying my insurance is not covered that I need to figure it out. When I get there, The reception girl was extremely rude and unprofessional. I showed up at my appointment time try to explain my situation, the girl asked me rudely ‘ didn’t you receive my call?
