Great staff to work with and Sarah Herman DDS is so good! Danielle cleaned my teeth and is very thorough. No stress or sore gums after either!

My recent cleaning was very well done with the most recent technology and techniques. Dental hygiene tips were provided and some problems were identified that were overlooked by my previous dentist. I was very satisfied with the results.

Great staff if your a kid you can get a prize while there doing the appointments they let you watch TV

The worst service I've ever had to experience my life. The dental hygienist was out for blood she sure as hell want to make engrave her initials across my mouth the pain, what's the difference between a sadist and the devil, newer magazines. I will never be back here again.

I'm 38 years old so I've been to many dental offices in my life. The people who work at Herman are awesome. They make sure you understand your care plan. They are great about getting you in for emergencies.

Great dentist and practice!! Very friendly staff! Been going here since they first opened, and even before Dr Herman started her own practice. My kids love it there as well, they do what they can to keep them at ease and the kids LOVE the TVs.

Moving to a new town brings plenty of challenges, including finding a new dentist for the family. I am SO happy I found Herman Dental and we have her in Caledonia. I was greeted with smiles from everyone on my first visit, I even got to watch HGTV! Dr. Herman even said I could bring in my toddler for a check up at no-charge just to get him used to going to a dentist. I've had to cancel and reschedule often and they make it super easy to do via text even. The assistants are super and even remembered me. I would highly recommend them to anyone. So unprofessional! I get a appointment to get x-rays they give me a number $$ for the work to be done. I clear my schedule, save up $7k to get the work done.. I call to make a appointment. And their response is they have communication issues and I should go somewhere else.. Thanks alot. We've visited several dentists in the area mostly because my kids hate the dentist - finally made the trip to Herman Dental in Caledonia - from the front desk to the providers it was a great experience.

Herman dental did an amazing job with my 3 kids (ages 8, 4, and 4). We had a 7:10am appointment and I was able to get them all seem and to school before the start of the school day. Thank you!!

Just moved back to the area with dental insurance that's hardly accepted anywhere, but Herman Dental worked with me & they were able to make it work! Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Herman Dental is Great! The staff is super friendly and knows me as soon as I walk in! When I get a procedure they walk me through everything and are great about working with me on payments and around my insurance.
