Totally incompetent staff. Arrived an hour before appointment, signed in, and waited in waiting room. 15 min after my appointment time I questioned why I hadn't been called back for my appointment and was told that I had left and I would have to reschedule. I never left, I was sitting in the waiting room. This appointment had already been rescheduled twice before due to some issue on their part. Horrible treatment and horrible service!

She's a great Dr, she will answer all your questions, and seems to really care about her patients.

Dr. Lay is highly intelligent, exceptionally experienced and outstanding personality. She really takes time to explain things and discuss a plan of treatment. Always follows up on tests and suggestions to maintain your health.

Great doctor,but always running behind, granted 1-2 hours of waiting, in 5 years not one time got in and out under a hour, most of the time closer to 2 hours or more

Dr. Lay and her staff is by far one of the best family practices of all time. Dr. Lay is the example of doctor patient relationships and learns each patient thouroughly. She has treated my entire family for many years, and we will continue to drive over 50 miles to see her. I have a special needs daughter and from the time my daughter was very young she was compassionate but very practical. She discussed our options as a doctor and sympathized as a mother. She is by far one of the best!

Dr. Lay Is professional, caring and extremely helpful. I have never had a bad experience when I had an appointment with Dr. Lay. What matters to me most is her communication skills, she listens very carefully and gets to know the whole patient, body, mind and soul. Dr. Lay never gets in a hurry, she makes one feel as if their health are the most important thing on her mind. Please do not use this wonderful person as your Dr. I do not want here th become to busy.
