Sarah is an incredibly compassionate person with a warm and welcoming personality that fills the clinical space. She is easy to talk to and attentive to the smallest details. When I meet with her, I feel a shift in my perspective - on life and especially on painful feelings or memories - to one that has hope. I feel that the work I have had the privilege of doing with her in therapy has made me stronger than I ever believed possible. She challenges me to grow by giving me the gentle push I need to move forward without feeling overwhelmed by the change that growth requires. I could not recommend a more empathetic, inspirational clinician to guide anyone through the tribulations of life.
