Dr. Tracy L Lixie

Dr. Lixie is a compassionate doctor. She is knowledgeable and competent and over the years she has seen multiple members of my family. Everyone speaks highly of her. I appreciate her as a healthcare provider because she listens to what you have to say, she never makes you feel rushed and she is thorough.

She's not easy to talk with, she acts like she doesn't want to be there. I feel like she doesn't want to be bothered with my concerns. I quit going to Metro for this reason. And have found a dr. the next town over that is really good and seems to care and has fixed many problems I was having for years while seeing her.

Dr Lixie is a great Doctor the office staff as well.

When a try to get an appointment with her she is very busy! So I see their PA instead. I haven't seen Dr. Lixie in years even though she is my PCP. I am always looking for a new dr.

The staff at the office is incompetent at best. I have bruises on both arms after my last blood draw by the MA. I have never had a bruise from a blood draw or donation before. I had to call multiple times for prescriptions to be refilled properly. The doctor does not say much. So, you leave with the same information as you had going in. I would NEVER go back here. If you are late, or playing a game on the cellphone due to the long wait times, they will walk out and reschedule the appointment. You will be charged for that appointment as well and if they mess up you get an “I’m Sorry.” For the time and money you spend. The staff at the office is incompetent at best.
