I saw her for sleep study. My guess is that everyone who sees her ends up with a breathing machine after being charged 750 per night for a sleep study. Of course she wouldn’t even schedule an appointment without checking my insurance to see if it would cover the full ride. That should have been a huge red flag. Her billing practices are a problem. The billing department continued to charge my credit card for the same service and didn’t return my phone calls until I told them in a message that I was sending the police to their door. She charged my insurance company 700 for a 3 minute virtual appointment where she showed me results that I could get on my sleep app. After the billing issues she preemptively canceled all of my upcoming appointments without telling me. I would never recommend her, and actually tell people to actively avoid her.

Dr Muppana's office is not run well and billing is questionable. The office has submitted multiple claims to my insurance for the same service and then continues to send me bills for payment. When you try to contact their Billing Department, they do not answer the phone. The Doctor herself is just adequate and I would not recommend her to others.

Dr Muppana is very much concerned about the health of her patients. She is patient enough to listen and answer the queries . She takes utmost care in diagnosing the illness, explaining it in detail and treating it accordingly.

she saw me 3 times she had a cat scan done of lungs and she knew that BI Boston has diagnosed me with tracheal bronchial Malacca yrs. ago the Radiologist in Milton said I don't have it she then wants me to go to Boston to see the Drs. who tried stents in 2011 they failed .Boston wants to do another cat scan I'm not having more radiation in just about 6 weeks time. She should have told me she couldn't treat my condition and told me that Milton Hospital is a community hospital I though they were part of Bi I found out she doesn't even go to Boston to the BTM center I wasted my time a lot of it My hubby went as he gets lung fluid and has asbestosis we brought disc also has CHF said if you spit blood call 911, RUN AWAY FROM HER I WOULDN"T TAKE MY PETS TO HER

I was taken advantage of by Dr. Muppana. As someone who actually reads my explanation of benefits from my insurer, I discovered I was billed for a "1+ hour consultation" for a high risk patient. The doctor did not spend close to an hour with me over the three visits I had with her total. She also did not ask me any basic questions about the conditions I do have to determine how they may play into the reason I was seeking her help. To top it off, I have questioned the bill for the past 3 months with her office and cannot seem to get it resolved. My phone calls go unreturned at this point. Save your self the headache and seek a doctor elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs. Had a 930am appointment waited out in the hallway do to how crowded it was in the waiting area. Soon found out why: another woman came in right after me and checked in for her 930 appointment. Was finally called in at 1035, during the hour and five minutes I was waiting two people checking for a 1030 appointment. Was in the office for 10 minutes in which she asked me 8 questions and measured the circumference of my neck. Three weeks later get a bill for 401.32 for an 1hr + consultation. Whole operation is shady

Dr Muppana saw my father on 2 occasions. After his sudden death, I got his medical records and at the 2 appointments that were 5 months apart, his blood pressure was 200/100 and she did not notify his pcp or advise my father about how dangerous that blood pressure was. If she had, we would’ve got my father the appropriate help. We were provided with less than standard care by dr muppaba @ her Milton office.

The least trustworthy doctor I've ever experienced.

Do not see this doctor if you want to live. She DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF PATIENTS. Let me come to her 2 times when my blood pressure was in the 200s! No medical advice.

Although doctor and staff were pleasant the doctor is EXTREMELY over scheduled. Wait times for appointments are 1 hour + Wish I had asked primary for another option.

She changed my medication substantially the first visit without knowing what results could and (DID occur.) Office didn’t send in the prescription I called for it 3 times. Never gave me chest X-ray results even after I asked the office to send it to my primary doctors office. Waited to see her for over an hour, she still had several patients in front of me. Even assistant told me she was leaving. Office was to my expectations dirty. Didn’t want to sit on the chairs. I left, Never to return.

Very Patient-Oriented, focuses on details. From my experience she seems quite busy, however she also seems to care greatly and empathize with her patients. Also quite experienced and intuitive.

Had 10 AM call in appointment. Got there at 10 AM they told me it was changed to 12:30 PM and they left a message on my home phone knowing I was driving into office. They suggested I see my primary care physician. Would not go back to that practice and am transferring my records elsewhere. Too bad...while the doctor always ran late she did take the time to be with me and answer questions, but never the same staff faces always changing.
