Scot Randall

Was a family doctor but did nothing for myself. Very quick visits and never gave me solid answers. Switched doctors and much happier. Family has also switched Dr Randall and everyone is much happier with the services provided.

My family has used him for 15 years as our primary care physician. Loved him at first. But he has sold out. Now it takes an hour or more to be seen because he has so many patients. It went from good quality care to get ‘em in and get ‘em out. The more patients the more money. My wife and daughter are there 10 times a year. I haven’t needed to see him inn2 years but I’ve been a lot over the years. Today my eye doctor referred me to an eye specialist for an issue I’m having but he said I needed a referral from my primary care physician due to my insurance requirements. I called Dr Randall’s office with this request. I explained that the only appointment the eye specialist had was for this Thursday and the next appointment wasn’t until 2 months from now. Dr Randall’s office said they wouldn’t do the referral because I hadn’t been to their office in 2 years. So now they are holding my health needs hostage because I haven’t been there recently. Even though my family has. Disgusting!!

He has been my doctor for several years now. I love his nurses but since joining the SMG and having the office staff of all of the doctors, it takes some getting used to because I don’t feel that friendly connection with the other staff as we once had when dealing with Dr. Randall’s staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Randall's for more than 13 years and he is an extremely knowledgeable and caring physician. He and his staff are wonderful.

Very disappointed

I LOVE Dr. Randall, so I'm really bummed to write this, but it's difficult to get an appointment with the office staff he has. On several occasions I've called and left a voicemail or even spoken directly with someone, and still never received a call back for an appointment. When I have spoken to the office staff, they were INCREDIBLY rude and quite condescending when I asked questions about the appointment I was making. I called in to discuss a sensitive matter of emotional and behavioral concerns and they made me feel like an idiot for asking for an appointment with a "family doctor". We hadn't been seen in a while so we would have had to re-establish care, which was a well-child check-up, and that was fine! But I also needed an appointment for my initial concerns and I didn't want to discuss it in front of my daughter and make her feel like she had done something wrong. I didn't know who to ask for help and was simply hoping to get the doctor I trusts input or referral as to where to take my daughter. I'm really sad to have to find a new family doctor, but the office staff make getting an appointment so hard and miserable that I just don't want to go through that every time I need to get my family in. Hospitalized.. Didnt enquire. Way too many patients. Wait time about 1 hour. Every time I go. I left 2 messages to let him know I was being hospitalized for a serious blood disease. Asked to see him about setting up home infusion after i was discharged and staff told me he doesn't do that and would not give me a follow up appointment. Total disregard for my medical needs. I am seeking another doctor.

Office staff is pretty much as rude as it gets

Started going to him close to ten years ago. He has earned and retains my every confidence and I consider myself lucky to have him as my primary care Doc!

Dr. Randall has made the last 19 years of my life so much easier. He has always been a compassionate person who constantly tries to provide the best healthcare for his clients.

Dr Randal is an Amazing Doctor...He takes his time with his patients and clearly explains everything...He takes time to answer all of your questions and Never second guesses anything...I cannot say enough good about him...Truly Amazing

Best dr! Spends the time with you, goes over thing you may not understand! Refers you to who ever if he can't help. Very friendly, understanding! Good looking ;) haha he just goes above & beyond to help you! He so amazing!

Dr. Randall is a wonderful Doctor but he has way to many patients to maintain. He needs another Physician in the office. It takes several days to get a return call about health related issues or to hear back on a referral, the wait time is excessively long. At this time I wouldn't recommend Dr. Randall due to he has to many patients already.

We love Dr. Randall! He is great with my son! It is nice to find a doctor that listens and can get you in for an appointment quickly. Whenever I have a question, I get a call back the same day! Highly recommended!
