Dr. Scott J Anzalone

Love Dr, Anzalone he was wonderful with my mom for many years, but his office staff not so great. I called 3 weeks ago to get my dad set up as a patient. I ask if they are taking new patients yes we are. I need to get my dad set up, oh we will have to send a note back to Doctor Anzalone and call you back. 4 days later I call and talk to a different girl oh that note must have gotten lost I will walk one back right now still no response so i have my sister take over because the front office girls must have an issue with me. Once again no return calls to my sister. I hope to see him personally again someday, weather it be through my business which he has done business with before or just out in public so I can let him know my family and I were please with his care of my mother and the sympathy he showed when we lost her but that we are very dissatisfied with his front office staff. Compassionate caring doctor and staff,takes the time to listen without being rushed, follows up with patients and the care they receive, rarely ever have to wait to be seen, I get signed in and before I sit down my name is being called back to be seen.

I heard Dr. Scott Anzalone on NPR’s Marketplace and I applaud you’re staff, nurse practitioners and yourself for practicing medicine in a rural community. My wife is a F.N.P in the under served city of Jackson, Michigan. Rural communities suffer many challenges. High level of comorbidities and a lack of affordable healthcare insurance options. I salute you for your passion for sevice in your community and to encourage other medical providers to follow in your footsteps. We love Dr. Anzolone, Paula and the entire staff. They go out of their way to accommodate the family.

Went with my mom to her appointment. The desk staff were very rude and almost like little robots. The nurse calling paitents in watched an old lady drop her cane and struggle and she just stood there watching. The nurse checking my mom was laughing at her concerns and also very monotoned and robotic. When my mom almost fell she just said "oh no" instead of you know helping out. Good I was there or she would have busted her face on the random China hutch in the extremely cramped room Went with my mom to her appointment. very good to excellent service with staff ,PA, and Doc only issue I've had in the many years of great service is I need a prescription faxed to a pharmacy I called twice and left a message to see if scip was faxed with no answer

Tried to schedule an appointment but apparently that is too difficult for your office.

Very kind and caring Doctor. His staff is very kind too. I would recommend Dr.Anzalone to my family and friends. Dr.Anzalone cares and takes time to listen to concerns and the needs of his patients.
