Appointment on time staff very courteous professional

I was really impressed with the friendly service and genuine care.

I had the shock of my life when I learned last month that I had deep vein thrombosis from covid blood clots! Other surgeons hesitated to perform my risky thrombectomies, but Dr Scott Berman abs his fabulous team saved my life, removed the clots, and skillfully repaired my damaged veins. The after care both in the hospital and at home had been amazing. Dr Berman has been personally attentive to my case, has made sure my leg is healing and medications are effective, and has educated me thoroughly. His staff is simply incredible. While it’s been a terrible ordeal for myself and my family, the medical care aspect has been great and we feel that we’re on good hands. Thank you Dr Berman and the Pima Heart crew. Everyone, the front office, the nurses, the ultrasonogapher, and especially Doctor Berman was most kind, caring, helpful, and tolerant. They do superb surgery and, more significant, allay my fears. If one needs vascular surgery, this practice is the best. All superlatives.

Dr Berman accepted me as an urgent need to test for a blood clot in my leg. Dr Berman agreed to work me in and did so quickly and kindly. Everyone was very kind and courteous. Thank You very much to everyone at the practice.

Dr Berman was knowledgeable, reassuring, confident, and comforting. Visited me every day while in the hospital and reassured me that everything was progressing as it should. And answered all my questions at my two week post-surgery appointment.

Dr. Berman diagnosed my aortic aneurysm and quickly scheduled me for surgery at NW Medical Center in Tucson. The surgery went very well and I was discharged from the NW Medical Center the next day. The care shown to me was exceptional, Dr Berman took all the time necessary to explain everything and answered all my questions. His office staff was knowledgeable and courteous. My follow up visit and ultrasound scan was scheduled soon after surgery. Again, the office staff were courteous and helpful, even though they were running a little behind. I am glad that they took the time to discuss everything about my follow up care with me even though they were busy. I would recommend Dr Berman to anyone looking for quality care from a caring physician. Well done, Doctor Berman!!

The Doctor had an emergency, so I decided to wait for him instead of rescheduling. I waited 2 hours. He did apologize for the wait, but he never looked at my medical forms I filled out, he never looked me in the eye when talking. He talked fast and rushed, and nervous. I think I spent a total of 3 minutes at the appt. I could barely get a word in. Bad manners. My ins co. wouldn't appreciate having to pay for this visit. Perhaps his previous emergency made him nervous.
