Dr. Bigelow did a wonderful job in both scoping my knee first and then having to replace my knee later. Recovering from the surgery has been a tough road but soon I hope to be back to my old self. Dr. Bigelow and Chad are very personable and easy to talk to about any concerns I've had with my knee. p.s. I hope I don't ever have to have my other knee replaced but I would recommend Dr. Bigelow to anyone.

Just saw Dr. Bigelow this morning for my degenerative knee and pain. He was excellent at showing and explaining to me all of my upcoming options for treatment.

Dr Bigelow is the best. He has done 8 surgeries on me and I can always see in his face that he truly cares.

We have always had very positive results from our visits. Usually we get right in. Once in a while we may have to wait a few minutes. Someone from the staff sees us immediately. Everyone is very helpful, answering all questions, never making us feel rushed to make decisions regarding solutions or care. We appreciate Dr. Bigelow's work and his overall attitude towards us. I think he is knowledgeable of the newest procedures including custom made knees and that is why I chose to see him.

Dr. Bigelow was great! Answered all my questions and explained what he was going to have to do to revise my knee! Definitely would recommend him!

Dr Bigalow has done 4 major surgeries on me and I was very pleased with each one. He is the only orthopedic surgeon I would trust.

My experience with Dr. Bigelow has been excellent. He and his staff have been very caring and thorough throughout my total knee replacement journey! Dr. Bigelow and his immediate staff are very kind and helpful. Bigelow makes sure you know the full extent of your recovery and wants to keep updated along the way. Great doctor.

Dr. Bigelow is a great dr. But it doesn't help if the people answering phones and talking to patients saying the need your name and number and they will call you back...its been 2weeks and know one has called me back .so I went somewhere else that has better people answering their phones.....sad...and it only hurts the drs there.....and the patient...ty Dr. Bigelow is a great dr. Dr. Bigelow replaced my knee with the Conformis prosthetic. After surgery the joint has been noisy when planting my heal and the side-to-side had slippage and loud noise and the physical therapist said it was louder then they had ever heard. On the 1st & 2nd office visit I saw the PA. I got concerned about the noise and stability and called the prosthetic manufacturer and discussed my situation. The conclusions was that the joint did not have enough shims to tension the tendons to keep the joint snug enough to keep the joint together. Conformis offered to talk to Dr. Bigelow and they did. My final office visit Dr. Bigelow saw me, seemingly disgusted, curt and went through the motions quickly checking ROM and quick to conclude the visit and never mentioned his call with Conformis, and I had to ask him when he was going for the door knob if Conformis called him. He immediately said "yes, I can go back in and add shims but your ROM will be diminished". I had to ask him why!

Was, yes past tense, seriously considering using LOC for a consultation of my arthritis. The receptionist for Dr. Bigelow was extremely rude to me. Treated me like I was a clueless individual. I am well i formed and have been in healthcare for 40 years. Made the decision that I am too old to put up with this kind of behavior as I will not let anyone treat me this badly. Thusly I am looking elsewhere for orthopaedic needs. I wish I could give a 0 rating, 1 star was the lowest I give. I will not be making arrangements for an appointment ever! i was injured on the job a couple years ago, Dr. Bigelow has always treated me well during my visits with him,i was very happy to find a doctor that didnt go right to the surgery segment , i did physical therapy , and i was able to live with the relatively minor amount of pain. i would go there again if necessary .

I was scheduled to meet with him. He was often rude and acting like he was in a hurry. This is based on the 3 different visit times. It help like he didn’t have time to discuss my medical issue, or had better things to do. One of the appointment he was 2 hours late to the office. Also, he was very confused when talking about my medical problem. Ex. I broke my foot in November and he said I broke it in the middle of October.
