I usually see Wendy Gross NP as she is the best especially with correctly diagnosing me! Office has had many improvements over past 2 yrs such as the wait time to get in and same day appointments. The office staff is great as well.

Excellent doctor. Took time to thoroughly discuss my medical situation. I was saddened when he left the group.

I waited on the phone for 20 min waiting to ask a 5 min question. Totally unacceptable!!! 20 min out of my life ill never get back.

Dr Brunner is one of the best Doctors I have been a patient of. Unfortunately his practice like so many others was bought by Unitedhealth Care/ Optum Group. Personal one on ones time was chopped down to create a turn style practice to meet Corp. metrics. Office employees were either rehired by Optum or let go if they didn’t meet their criteria. The office was redecorated to match Optums branch offices. Dr Brunner has ended his relationship with Optum this year and his patients have in great % left the office in lieu of accepting a placed Dr. brought into the practice. I'm long overdue for writing a review about Dr. Scott Brunner. He is by far the best doctor I have ever had. His knowledge alone is so helpful. His professionalism and warmth are top notch. He really takes the time to listen, to evaluate, to inspire, and to take action (e.g.. referring to specialists) as needed. My husband and I both have been going to him for many years and have heard others who do as well. They refer to him as the "Doctor's Doctor." He is THAT good. While he is no longer with the office we go to, I know whoever has him as a doctor is going to be all the better for it. I wish all doctors were like Dr. Brunner.
